    Hello from the UK. Thanks for this video. I definitely believe my 30 year low back pain is Neuroplastic. I have been working with the mind body approach for 2 years.... Sending messages of safety etc to the brain. I tried your arch and flatten routine for 3 sessions 1 one day, and 2 the next. Very slow and gentle, but my back pain is now worse. Did I do to much? Too quickly? (5 arch and flattens each time) should I have tried it on a bed first? Should I stop? Or is my brain telling me this excersise is not safe, and just continue with more safety messages? Thank you.

      Hello Lesley, Thanks for reaching out. I am going to say that yes, one session a day is enough, and it is very important to ensure that you rest fully, releasing the muscles in between passes of arch and flatten. Also, work in smaller ranges to start. Consider that if your back muscles have been stuck short for years, and you just asked them to contract and release 5 times - if they haven't worked in a long time, the can experience DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness).     I couldn't walk or talk or do anything due to tightness involuntary contractions twitches in left neck. I had it for years starting from 23 year old, i was just studying for years and still have no friends.
    Does it cures twitches too? It definitely helped with relaxation from constant tightness

      I had gone to psychiatrist 2 years ago because I had 10 random voices of people in my mind depression also. But he didn't do anything with neck
