That’s what makes killers like Wesker and Chucky very special. They’re super expressive with their phrases.. I only wish Wesker got more than just a couple of lines after seeing how much Chucky talks.

Having the camera in third person was probably a clever way to get around the camera angle beimg in the grass because of his height. I honestly think it helps chucky stand out as a killer as well

Unironically, the third-person view automatically puts him somewhere above in the A tier row.

Can we take a second to appreciate the design choice of using Charles Lee Ray as a way to justify both how Chucky picks up survivors but also as a way of incorporating the third person viewpoint? Like you’re just Charles following Chucky around and picking up the bodies.

Brad Dourif (and Jennifer Tilly) are absolute legends. They've done insane work on this series for nearly 3 decades, let alone combined. The television show is also SUPER well made
I am in LOVE with his 3rd person perspective. It makes so much sense with him especially when carrying a survivor.

1- I LOVE the fact that the original Voice Actor came back for this
2- the 3rd person POV was a clever choice and a very nice breath of fresh air

Your point 3 was what I immediately thought of when I saw that perk. As a Wraith main(that might change once I buy Chucky), I can't wait to prestige Chucky so I can use Friends to the end with him.
I don’t know if I’m the only one who noticed that in Chucky’s normal running animation, he can flip you off. I saw this during the end game screen at 15:36

Chuckys perks are also very anti bully. The blinding and the aura when hooking a survivor. Which fits his character great

tiffany skin has already been confirmed. i think it changes the doll, dont know about the spirit.

It's either some voodoo shit or it may be the Entity's influence that allows Charles to manifest his spirit into the Entity's Realm while still controlling the Chucky doll as a primary physical body.

Glad with him and the Naughty Bear cosmetic BHVR is bringing more fun and a sense of humor to the game. Both are much needed. That they got Brad Dourif to do the voice is freakin' legendary.
The voice lines and the small details like him kicking at the end of the mori has made this my favorite killer. Besides the xenomorph. Xeno will always by the best in my heart.
The transition between doll and Charles is smooth as hell… Trail of torment, monitor and abuse those 2 are going to be butter
Undetectable is pretty much pointless without his ability because you still see footprints through walls without his ability

The Xenomorph is going to get the best snowball potential with these perks. 😋 Also, the Haste perk on Myers is gonna be fun.

I can see Myers loving the Friends till the End perk, especially with his add-on for increased juice speed on the obsession.

Chucky seems SO strong which im very surprised about. Great movement, awesome ability and such low down time after missing slice and dice! Certainly didnt expect him being able to still slice and dice after crawling pallets or windows, and DEFINITELY didnt think hed be able to act so soon after the swing. And his power is so scary as survuvor! It really feels like chucky, they did perfect. Big fan
He's considered C tier by oztvarda and is seen to be a weak killer in chase and kiting areas

Holy hell. They did an awesome job with this one - he is just like Chucky from the movies with his voice lines, taunts, threats and all. He has such a fitting personality.
Goodness, that mori is brutal, but I find it hilarious that the first thing he does is just throw his bat at the back of their head and the survivor looks all confused like "the hell was that?" I can already see people adding the *BONK* sound effect in their videos when playing him.
This killer was always in the back of my mind and I’d always wondered if they’d put him in the game and look it’s finally happened 🔥

Honestly the most fun I have had on DBD in a LONG time. Playing against him is terrifying and playing as him is just hours of fun!

Just played a couple rounds on different maps and I must say that though he is extremely fun and has some insane chase potential, he is absolutely miserable in chase if you don’t have your power since he’s a 110 killer. Besides that one gripe I have with him, Chucky as a whole is an insanely fun and sick killer and that Mori is now one of my favorites! Us DBD fans are eating good this year!!
His power seems to come back so fast that that doesnt seem to be a problem. From this video, he seems incredibly busted with how easily he can secure hits with almost no counterplay.

@@TiddyBress 110% of a survivor's movement speed 4.4 killers are 110% killers, 4.6 killers are 115% killers.
My grandmother would always keep a chucky doll in her room and when i’d watch tv in her room i’d always keep checking over my shoulder every 5 mins

He’s technically not 3rd person, you’re just looking at chuck through the eyes of his spirit as evidenced when you pick someone up.

I have been waiting years for this I told so many people that they should add him and they all said it was never possible or just a dumb killer. But guess what suckers they did and man I am so happy I could finally die in peace and to add even more they got Brad Dourif to voice act. I never thought I would see this and the same week stranger things came back good on DBD to this.
People really need to mind their business. There’s a reason why chunky is an iconic slasher. Anyone who’s that pressed about potential new killers really need to get over themselves.
@@ARedJoker For my part, it seemed unlikely more because of the practicalities of having a 2ft tall killer carry people around and lift them onto hooks. Having the spirit briefly leave the doll was a nice way to do it.

Something you missed Spooky, you can chain the Slice and Dice together if you use it at pallets and windows. So you can charge through windows and pallets with his charge attack.
Yeah if you charge at a vault or pallet he'll scamper over it and i think it fully resets the distance he can run

100% one of my favorite killers, 3rd person view, nice voice-lines, fun power, original animations, it's extremely lovely and the gamep[lay looks pretty enjoyable, really brings a cool vibe to play as and against.
Them Nic cage and Ash Interactions got it for me though
I have had more fun with this killer than even Alien, and I've had a lot of fun with Alien. This is a welcome addition and I hope he doesn't get nerfed TOO hard. It seems some tweaking will be needed, but overall, I think they've done a good job.

To me he’s very hard not only is he small but he’s also very fast which makes it all the more difficult to beat him I love thrill but I wish they’d slow him

So the Hammer throw is a reference to Maggie, His first kill in the Good Guy Doll. Him breaking out the bat, is when he knocked out Andy and I’m not sure if that yellow stick is a yardstick? Possibly a reference to Child’s Play 2 when he killed Andy’s Teacher. And the Kitchen Knife..well as Chucky would say “ a true classic never goes out of style “
