Coneflower was recently named the #1 ice cream shop in the country! And you need to try their basil white chocolate ice cream in the summer. It is phenomenal!
I've eaten many Reubens at Crescent Moon and can attest to their superiority. Though the former Blackstone does have a restaurant that supposedly sells one just as good.

Hey there, and welcome! Nebraska sure did surprise us - we had a great time and loved everything we ate. Which says a lot, considering we went meatless in such a meat heavy place, and still found plenty of excellent choices! Thanks for watching! 😊
Don’t tell us you went to the College World Series! #ohwait Hand pies. If McDonald’s pies were actually good! Do the dinosaurs enjoy the coffee? Thank goodness we never took Anthony to that sugar palace before he was 10. His sugar binge wouldn’t let him sleep for years! Wait…original Reubens? Whoa. Nebraska LOVES its volleyball. They had 90,000 for a college volleyball game. Farm to cone…love that concept. 🍦
I really wish I’d gone to Omaha before I stopped (mostly) eating meat. I used to LOVE reubens! except I liked pastrami, not corned beef, which I think they might have taken issue with there. 🤷🏻♀️
So glad you enjoyed your time here; however, can y’all stop letting everyone know please? Omaha is the country’s best kept secret. Let’s keep it that way 😊
@@OmahaGirl sorry. if it helps, we’re not a big or popular channel and we don’t get tons of views, so I think the secret is still safe. 😉 we’re sure glad we discovered it though!
We did love the name of that spot, but since we’re not eating meat these days, we left it at that. Although, some pasta’s always welcome in our bellies! Thanks for watching!
We can see how there's no appeal if you eat beef - which we did for way more years than not- but kudos to meat-heavy Omaha for having so many great meatless options for us. We didn't feel it was a waste at all, we loved the city AND the state! 😃
Thanks! Technically, we’re pescatarian, but when we saw there was a vegan reuben - in the city reubens were born in - we HAD to give it a shot, as we’ve LOVED many a good reuben back in our meat-eating days! Now, pizza is my favorite food (Stephen here 👋), especially Neapolitan! Thanks for the tip on those - if we make it back, they’re definitely at the top of the list!
It's absolute blasphemy to eat a vegan rueben. What a shame. Like I get it you wanna show off variety and being inclusive but you could've went anything else for that. Showing a vegan rueben is an insult to nebraskans
We thank the Nebraskans who made it (it was delicious!) and the Nebraskans who created the original Reuben - which we’ve had plenty of in our meat eating days. Thanks for watching!
What a fun blog... so well done! You have energy and spice... thank you for the foodie entertainment... I'm subscribed!!!

@@StephenandAndie that’s ok…you made up for it ten fold! Yummers!!!

It’s a great food city!
You're making me hungry!
Job done, then! 😁
You missed out not going to meatball , their pasta and meatballs are the best ive had!!!

No Ruben without beef. What a wasted trip. Never craving vegan anything. Lol

Obviously you're both vegan, but sadly you didn't check out LaCasa or Orsi's pizza. Thumbs up for Hollywood Candy though.

I’m sorry that you adopted your wife’s weird voice
don't be! it gets people with weird voice issues to comment, which = more views, interactions, and ultimately $$ for us!
Nebraska sucks

You're wrong
Omaha doesn’t. Go read a book.
