This is a sketch from the Japanese variety show "What a Fantastic Night!" which aired on November 23, 1985. It uses music and designs that appear to have been licensed from Disney, possibly for promotional purposes. Alice is played by Tomoyo Harada.
Apologies for the poor quality. This was very difficult to find at all.

@@afraidoftrees8360 I don't think this is a kid show, but a "variety show". (You can hear the laughter of adult audiences) One of them said "She is cute," and the other said "That sounds like you have the Lolita complex."
