Out of the security deposit They take out electricity and water.
If an apartment is $500 a month you need $1.000 deposit and $500 is nonrefundable and the security deposit They take out electricity and water.
Out of the $500 security deposit you will receive less than $400
Cheap hotels or Guesthouses are much cheaper on a monthly basis not a daily or weekly basis.
No deposit.
No extra for electricity or water.
