Rubbing deep heat on your feet before wearing heels will numb your foot helping to distract you away from the pain you may get in the balls of your feet after wearing heels for a long period of time. I advise this for all my brides to do on their wedding day (I’m a bridal consultant)
Love your video!! I used to wear stilettos a lot and recently switched to the block style heels. They are so much more comfortable to wear when I'm on my feet all day & easier to walk in. 😀
When the shoe rubbing the back of my ankle or a toe I use clear band aids for swimming in that area. They stick much better than regular band aids and they are usually transparent. For stilettos I don't buy a size larger because they are wobbly on the foot and decrease stability while walking.
Some advice I've seen in the comments is to simply not wear heels but for some companies it is policy for women to wear high heels and so it's unavoidable
I’m a teacher. I have tried so many times to wear heels to work for that “professional” look, but I end up in absolute agony. Absoluteeee pain. It’s horrendous. I’ve given up now. EVERYONE else wears them, though. I feel so unlucky!

Carina #ordinixtra girl I'm 5'10 and I love wearing heels :) just be confidant. it doesn't matter what people say. the point of heels isn't to get a height boost. it's a style choice.
My mom used to be a dancer what she always did throw some cola on the ground and step in it then your heels are less slippery This works best on heel with Suede on the bottom
The best way is to buy comfortable high heels. Just find out which is your preferences hight. Mine is 7cm to 9 cm and I feel like being bare foot. NEVER EVER buy a shoe bigger or smaller even if they are the cutest pair on earth, believe me there are also some other cute pairs somewhere and they will be comfortable. Bigger shoe is not comfortable because it doesn't support the arch of your foot, same for smaller shoes plus they are too tight. Uncomfortable cute wrong size shoes are more likely to stay in the closet.
When I was young many years ago. I worked downtown Chicago and wore high heel with round toe box. Never pointed toes Every weekend I danced wearing high heel sandals, making sure straps hugged the instep for balance

@@alexandracroney Hello. I literally spent the whole day looking for them online, or something similar but no success. Do you have the style name or the name of the store you got them from so we could research and maybe find something? Thank you.
Rubbing deep heat on your feet before wearing heels will numb your foot helping to distract you away from the pain you may get in the balls of your feet after wearing heels for a long period of time. I advise this for all my brides to do on their wedding day (I’m a bridal consultant)
I looove your style and you seem like such a nice person, I always enjoy watching you’re videos 💕
Kth ferreira Thankyou so much that’s so kind of you to say 😘
One of the best heel hack videos I have seen. Thank you!
Love your video!! I used to wear stilettos a lot and recently switched to the block style heels. They are so much more comfortable to wear when I'm on my feet all day & easier to walk in. 😀
Thankyou so much for watching! Yes block heels are so much easier to walk in!!! :)
When the shoe rubbing the back of my ankle or a toe I use clear band aids for swimming in that area. They stick much better than regular band aids and they are usually transparent. For stilettos I don't buy a size larger because they are wobbly on the foot and decrease stability while walking.
I LOVEEEEE YOUUU SOOOO MUCHHHHHH.
THIS WAS SOOOO MUCH HELPPPPPPP
Could you please make more hacks videos because they are sooooo helpfulllll
This is very informative. I deal in ladies' shoes and this will really help in giving them a few tips. Thank you for sharing!
Some advice I've seen in the comments is to simply not wear heels but for some companies it is policy for women to wear high heels and so it's unavoidable
That’s absolutely ridiculous and needs to be protested. Fuck that.
Your black dress looked amazing, where is it from?!
Thankyou, it was from Lipsy! :)
I’m a teacher. I have tried so many times to wear heels to work for that “professional” look, but I end up in absolute agony. Absoluteeee pain. It’s horrendous. I’ve given up now. EVERYONE else wears them, though. I feel so unlucky!
You teacher? Ha ha don't make me laugh.
Thanks for the advice gf. It’s always appreciated 🎉😮❤😊
These types of shoes are just straight up uncomfortable bc there is no cushioning. Ball of foot inserts and moleskin to prevent blisters are the only things that have allowed me to wear heels for only a few hours. Now that I'm older my joints hurt and there's nothing that can help that lol
Great video! I have a question though. Have you ever tried the insoles that "adjust" the way your foot sits inside the shoe to take the pressure off of the toes?
Did anyone find the link for the high heels she used for the rubbing sole hack? The ones with the good strap
You're a high heel angel sent from the kingdom of high-heel heaven!! thankssss!!!!
Gotta say I have never had an issue SITTING in heels 🤦♀️call me crazy
thank you !!! Heels look amazing but they're so tricky to get used to walking in
this helped me so much
Lilly May So happy you liked it! 🙌

So happy you found them helpful!
Great hacks,I love wearing new heels in with socks! ☺️👠🧦
Nikki T So happy you liked it! It’s a good trick isn’t it! 🙌☺️
Platforms, wedges, and not too pointy or narrow toe box area heels are my holy grail!! Those furry black heels are super cute!
If stiletto heels are the most difficoult for you try Blade heel by ferragamo
I love your voice so much! These heels are so beautiful👠👠👠
Can u make a video for hacks on strap less shirts ? For girls that love tube tops but are flat cheasted ? Or videos to help make ur booty pop
Trust me its worse for big chests. Strapless are a always a risk.
I stumbled across this video in a search for something completely unrelated, but OMG aren’t you so beautiful and have such a lovely sounding voice.
The leopard print shoes are the most!!! 😍
Excellent evolution of the heel!
Beautiful shoes and killer legs 😍
Thankyou so much!
you lisbian huh ? 😘
Her legs are custom made for them
Spraying the bottom of the heel in hairspray can help for slick new heels. Used to use that for dance
Watching this even though I can't really wear heels 💔 I've got hereditary bunions and I'm only 20 years old. Trying to make outfits look cute or being in settings where heels are expected is so annoying. They're also my favourite type of shoe, so it's so disheartening not being able to wear them, even just for special occassions
Hello,
The heels at 3:04 is awesome, from which store is it?
Thank you.
Very helpful video! thank you!! xx
So happy you found it helpful Lauren! ❤️

Awww thank you so much for your idea!
New to your channel but have to say: you have such a lovely voice! It's very calm and clear
How to wear heels when you're tall? Ahahah each ''ah'' is a tear falling xD
Carina #ordinixtra girl I'm 5'10 and I love wearing heels :) just be confidant. it doesn't matter what people say. the point of heels isn't to get a height boost. it's a style choice.
Carina #ordinixtra I'm tall too, I rarely wear hills I don't see the point
I'm tall too and I couldn't care less, just wear it with confidence 😘😊
Alondra Garcia im 5'6 & i feel too tall for heels
@@lilyo5248 where, in the Philippines?
No one has done a video like this!!! This is great!!!! Heel Queen✨✨
wearing heels during a zapateado 😄
I also use high heel insoles. They shift the weight off the ball of your foot. It’s so much more comfortable than not wearing it.
That sounds a good idea I'll try them out thank you!
My mom used to be a dancer what she always did throw some cola on the ground and step in it then your heels are less slippery
This works best on heel with Suede on the bottom
Solid video for rookies. My Red bottoms are impossible to make more comfortable. Definition of beauty and pain🤪
Never pointed toes
Every weekend I danced wearing high heel sandals, making sure straps hugged the instep for balance
Seriously THANK YOU SO MUCH, I just start to let my baskets for high heels, and without these hacks I probably would have abandonned them !
Great video - thanks for these tips. I've just started practicing wearing heels for an upcoming Halloween party, I'll be Dr Frankenfurter. However, can you suffer with back pain if you're not used to walking in heels? I notice they seem to throw me backwards (certainly feels like it!).
I always buy a size down for heels. Much easier to walk for some reason
I think everyone has a technique haha!
Where’s your mirror from?! So so gorg! X
I’ve tried..always hurts
Thanks for the tip😘 I love my heels
