Coffee Trailer Update: New Square system, new espresso machine!

- Spend some time with us on a Monday morning in our mobile coffee business.
We haven't made a video since we got our new Astra Mega 2 Espresso machine! We love it, the milk steams fast and wonderfully, the espresso is amazing.
We purchased our machine on webstaurantstore.com whom we also use for our cups/ lids and heavy syrups.

Thank you! We were really careful not to overspend too soon. It sure feels good to have an awesome legit machine. We just rebranded actually, new name so we can trademark and we have some big plans!

I l like your coffee trailer videos. ❤I know a bit on espresso machines, and I believe the one you are presently using will make a superior cup as compared to the other one you were using. And this one is very expensive, so am hoping it serves you well. But remember, that the choice in a grinder is just as important, or even more important than the espresso machine itself.
Thank you Louis! Yes we got a nice grinder also and you are so right! Step one good fresh espresso, 2: quality grinder (can you believe how much they cost!?) and the machine. Then the flavor quality you add! We make our syrups, they are fresh and quality! Have a good day!
Do you use all of your coffee grounds in the garden? :)
Yes! I put it all over everything with my mulch. Coffee grinds aren’t overly acidic after they are used :)
I don't drink coffee, but my best friend gives me her coffee grounds and I put them around my pepper plants in containers. :)
