Friday was our 4 month mark with this mobile coffee trailer. This is a little behind the scenes to show you what we have upgraded and what we have learned so far.

I think it’s so cool that you all make a lot of your own items. Such a great touch and way more sustainable. And yes you do have to love what you do, money is great but enjoying what you do will keep you going.
I agree, love is a must, I always related to John Lennons story of when the teacher asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up and he said "happy" and the teacher told him he didn't understand the question and he said she didn't understand life. :) ps fresh syrups and good coffee make ALL the difference. I can't drink bottled syrups anymore, they taste off..too many things in there to make them shelf stable. Thanks again for all the kind words and have a beautiful day!

Sooo. An idea that's probably dumb. For your sign I mean. Two suns. One rising with squinty eyes and a frown. The other with a big happy grin, bright eyes and reaching for coffee. Maybe a third similar to 😎
I like it! I actually did the sign already for Jan but I will use that for Feb. I love suns!
How do you get away with not using commercial grade espresso machines and commercial fridge.
there aren't regulations on the fridge here, and the espresso machines we have pull excellent shots. If one has an issue its about $900 to replace vs a $6,000 machine that needs a tech to work on it. We didn't have a lot of money to start this, so we started with what we could afford.
