Mingda does love their molded plastics. The Magician X is also plastic'd out.
Yeah it looks like it haha. It's a lot cheaper to make the abs parts in bulk over doing all aluminum.

ok so ive been doing prints and tried to cast and im getting spots that are not filling properly during casting, my question is should i use the wax based resins burnout cycle or should i use the investment burnout cycle. ive ordered sirytech castable purple resin and a curing station to see if i can solve some of these problems , what do you think you have taught me most of the info i know

thanks for the share. What would anyone (consumer) do with such things? It reminds me of making Plaster of Paris trinkets in grade school (the 70s) that we brought home and threw away years later! It does the job, but you pointed out a solid review.
So I use resin printing to make stuff for lost wax casting. They make castable resins they will burn out like wax. I also use them to make small and strong parts for tools or prototypes. The last thing I use them for is making custom car parts like plastic latches, switches or small interior parts
