I loved your video! Thanks so much for all your information. I have very little RUclips competition in my market but a TON of FB and Instagram agents. Looking at what they're offering, it's glaringly obvious that RUclips videos are the way to get ahead. I live and work on the Suncoast of Florida (Tampa Bay area) and I specialize (my "NITCH"!!) in waterfront and what I call transitional transactions. (Have to sell one to buy another, and be perfectly timed).

I’m in Austin, TX and I mainly specialize in selling expired/FSBO homes, but I see that your suggestion of YT channels is more on the buyer side.
Would it be best to make those “about my city” type of content with a playlist for sellers? (FSBO series)

man i know i forgot to ! I looked at the traffic source from my shorts and the seraches do not come from anyone searching anything about my market. just random weird searches so not sure its bringing in the right people to my channel! Im avoiding them or atleast wont mix them on my channel

So I I have two main niches, should I have two channels. Mine are 1) first time homebuyer that already live in my city who want basic FAQs answers and info about market and 2) people looking to relocate to the city.
thats definitly 2 channels and 2 seperate messages. you would have more luck with the 2nd one about relocating. and do better educating first time home buyers locally with social media

My niche is new construction and relocation. My question: I live in a northern suburb of Atlanta with only about 50,000 residents (Woodstock). Is this too small of an area for my channel name? If so, most of the "Living in..." names have already been taken for Atlanta. Any ideas on which way to go? Thanks.

Spanish is my first launguage and I’m in Miami where most people is Hispanic but I’m debating if i should do my Channel in English instead. I’m much more Natural and Fluid in Spanish but i want a wider Audience.

Hi Jackson, if I started my channel by sending out links to my videos (thinking that was the best thing to do) and getting involved in QR code Post Card Farming for links to listings on our channel, should I restart my channel or should I just stop all of that... keep the content marketing videos, delete all the listing videos and put those videos on a separate channel? (My channel only has 26 subscribers)
Keep the current one with your farming vids and what not. Start a new one with the channel junkies Living In method

Hey there - making the channel about a city and state - any suggestion on metro size for this idea? I work in a city that's widely known (for all good reasons) with a population of roughly 150,000 residents about 30 mins from Chicago. I DO NOT have any desire or ability to serve Chicago, but is this a large enough area to designate a channel to?
your arre still gonna have to use chicago in a lot of titles. i cant name one city outside of chicago, your job is talking baout these areas outside chicage (top 7 suburbs of chicago) then people will hear your list and know of the other areas!
@@ChannelJunkies suggestion for the name of the channel? Chicago, like most large metros is nearly 10million people and takes hours from one side to the other. I've done mass-media on radio before and it had me running all over for very little return. I've found my business can be very profitable in a small geo area where we receive national recognition as best places to live etc... So you're suggesting I call the channel something to do with Chicago, and focus on far west suburbs with content. The name will cause general recognition for the large city, and then allow the content to show the focus?
