Hey Jackson, for years we've used our RUclips channel to attract home buyers and sellers. The main reason is that in many cases, homebuyers have a house to sell. Should we start another channel for home sellers only and leave our channel for home buyers? Thanks.
yes its 2 seperate messages. if your channel is focused on relocation buyers then you hit them with a how to list your house in your city they wont watch it and it will hurt the channel. 2 channel s for that!

Jackson, what if my town is little and there are quite a few small towns around it, what would you advise to name my channel for people relocating into my area?
@ChannelJunkies what is your process for converting the leads you get from your channels? Do they just call you or you have a funnel where after you get their info, send them emails until they buy it die?
really depends. usually with older channels and random vids your audience is different than what you will be trying to attract going forward so it may be better to start new and set the algorithm the way you want!

zero conversion ya its just raving fans who cant believe they are on the phone with us! better than referrals!
