I’ve had a really good time using the 13 fishing A3 concept for the past 3 years and now it’s showing it’s wear, I’m looking for a reel with great casting and a tough drag system.
I wouldnt say Im new to fishing but im kinda new to picking out baitcasting reels so the size of the reel what is the difference if makes while your fishing.
@@hurleyburkie Depends on what you’re going for. Most baitcast reels are a 150-200 size, meant for bass fishing and similar fish. These will cover a large portion of fishing applications, unless your targeting big game
when i go to get the 150 mgl it has me choose between the 150 or 150xg or 151 hg or 151xg im new to baitcasters and dont really know what tgose mean i just want to get a good reel that i can have for a little while any help
@GFWoodchuck Price point...High grade fishing equipment is an investment..There is a market for high grade fishing equipment..Not the cheap stuff, they sell at Walmart...Fact of the matter, you get what you pay for..Stay in your lane..
@@davidthomas2921 I don't know what your point is. A 100 dollar Lews is no better than a 100 dollar Shimano is no better than a 100 dollar Daiwa is no better than a 100 dollar Lew's. Who said anything about comparing a 500 dollar Metanium to a 60 dollar Walmart reel. I said within price point.
@@davidthomas2921 You can't even keep in your own OP. You made a point. And it's seriously flawed. Telling people you won't buy a XP or a SLX doesn't substantiate your original point. You said Lew's is better than others. And it's absolutely not.
