The Tradition house is beautiful and the options they have online are perfect. It's worth the price. The Tradition home shades the Shaddock home quite easily.

@@beant6589 I don’t really have much of an opinion there. I can see it being an option for low income housing someday, but that’s about it.

What do you know about the Muenster area? Seems like a good town with high rated schools but no rentals. Any area outside of Dfw you would recommend about 40-50 from Muenster? Van alstyne would be ideal but that commute might be alittle much. Thanks
