Is windong worth the hype? I had been couple of weeks ago and it looked very busy with some good amount of through traffic. Didn’t exactly give the community feel
@@shanebalboa391 For some yes, for others no! It’s a massive community with some of the best amenities around. Reach out and I can break down the best communities and help you find the best fit and deal on a home 🏠 972-498-1995
When I moved to Dallas in 1998 Plano and Richardson were considered very far out from downtown Dallas. Now people are building 50+ miles out. How far do you think will be too far out for most people before they decide to look closer in? 60 miles? 80 miles? 100 miles? I'm building a new home in Ft. Worth because I wanted to be within the greater metro and not spend 1 million on a 2000 sq. ft. home. Just curious...
It will be all the way up in Sherman in Dension on the Oklahoma border. The reason is because places like Plano, Frisco, Allen, Mckinney etc. Have everything Dallas has and then some. Only difference is it’s all brand new. I have very few people that relocate and actually work in Dallas. Frisco is supposed to have more commercial than Dallas in the next 5-10 years. Nobody actually needs to go to Dallas anymore unless they are watching a Mavs/Stars game.
