  • There are VERY FEW master planned communities that feature a brand new 18 hole golf course like this one does! Houston Texas has a ton of golf courses, but many of them are located in older communities. The Highlands in Porter TX has a brand new course called Highland Pines.
It's less than 2 years old and is already ranked in the Top 25 courses in the State of Texas. And it has ONE feature that NO other course in the country has, Zoysia greens. And the golf course is just one cool amenity located inside of The Highlands.
This community is a huge master planned development being developed by Caldwell Communities. With 14 different builders actively building homes, there is something here for everyone.
The community will feature a water park, tennis & pickle ball courts, parks & playgrounds, fishing lakes & hiking trails and even has a designated tent camping area along the San Jacinto river.
If you are looking for a new home in an amazing community featuring a top ranked golf course, this is the place for you!
