Calling Van Alstyne a suburb of Dallas is kind of wild. Dallas is like 40min away if 75 is being kind, and an hour or more most of the time… Nice house though!
@@cudleeman I’ve helped hundreds of people move here and maybe 5 commute to Dallas. If you’re going into the city it’s Mckinney, Allen, Plano and Frisco. All within 30 minutes or less. Thanks for your input 👊

Parker is a well kept secret. 25 miles must be from downtown. Dallas is technically much closer, right down 75. For the rich country folk, Parker is it. You can build whatever you want to go with that big ass house.

A famous real estate consulting called Reventing Consulting state this - Almost everywhere Texas real estate drops and will drop more in 2025 except 2 places: 1.) Collin county ( He especially says this - Frisco real estate value in 2024 increased 2.2% with the highest in Texas and will continue to grow in 2025; He did not state any other Collin county's cities with 2025 growth) 2.) Houses around privileged Rice university! ** That consulting company seldom predicts any state, cities in the USA the real estate price will go up!
