Actually most, if not, all performances on Top Of The Pops are dubbed performances. Its been that way for decades. Not sure people know this, but they should.
Yes the vocal was live but the rest wasn't. It amazes me how many people cannot hear these details, either totally live or miming people don't seem to be able to tell the difference.
