Wonderful little twin motor FPV model. Flying weight with FPV and 2S 950mAH (plus 2S 300mAH for correct CG) = 225g
    Recommended battery 3S 750mAH, but I used 2S 950mAH plus a 2S 300mAH for balance, giving about 10min flight time.

Wow 225 g with 1300 milliamps of 2s power in an fpv plane. I have 1300 milliamp batteries that weigh 65 g. I assume that's close to the weight you used. If you've got that right , that's impressive, definitely meets the Canadian fpv market.

    Using 4s 650mAh - 15 min easily.
Stock servos are very bad, I mean they are okay with normal recievers but any rx that needs to boot and doesn't send the pwm signal to servos immediately makes the servos go crazy and strip gears. Seems the stock servos don't like being powered without PWM signal applied, found out the hard way when going INAV - board does not send pwm signal until it boots so the first one or two seconds the servos are going crazy. Had to replace mine with some Kavan GO 6g servos.
Oh, and they DON"T like anything above 5V power...

Hi Andrew. A youtube guy in America called ground control was recommending some older planes and included this eachine flying fish and the zeta wing wing z84 delta wing. I had never heard of either but bought them both. I just got them directly from China and am really impressed. I fly this on 850mah 3s and it flies really fast and is agile, but still controllable. Can really recommend both. Andy in uk.

    Andrew:
Thanks for using 2S batteries. Most other viewers use either 3 or 4s, and I am more interested in long fly time and don't have 3s batteries small enough for this canopy. Did you ever find a way to fit your 2S Li Ion batteries? I had to do a little foam triming, but got mine to fit, and hit the CG easily, but haven't flown this plane yet. I'm waiting for an Express LRS Rx with PWM outputs to arrive. I'm interested if you have found a flight controller that fits to work. - Jim

A question Andrew. Those 1105 motors look about the same as on the KingKong/LDARC TinyWing450 where the props are secured with 2x2mm screws - not just press-fitted. The Banggood sales blurb shows screws fitted too I believe. The usual Banggood artwork stuff-up or perhaps you didn't want to add the extra weight?

I wanted to order the Volantex Trainstar Ascent but after your advice i will look for something else, something smaller and way more light like this!
