Just give it some time. The evolution of tech advancements in this field multiplies as time goes on, it won't be long before they produce a heavy commercial use battery for cars that's far better than what we have now, which in turn will implement naturally towards vehicles such as these in the video. I would say as a guess, give it until 2027 - by then I have no doubt that what we have now, will be completely different by then, as in far more advanced, further than it took in the last 15 years multiplied 10 fold.
Natürlich ist es das sicherste Fluggerät hier, weil es ein Modell-Flugzeug ist. Of course it is the safest aircraft here because it is a model aircraft.
I’d consider buying something like the Kittyhawk once we have 2-4 hour ranges IF you could purchase them for the price of any high end European sports car.
I think deuterium is the most fuel efficient and reliable for this flying machine that could last 24 hours of flying time for only one liter...... better extract now the deuterium in the Philippine deep sea.
The Kitty Hawk is probably the best one of the lot of them. Which is funny because it looks most like a traditional plane, which you kind of want to hate it for. But it’s one of the quieter and has the best range, right? The Gravity Jet suit almost seems impossible. Imagine where this tech will be in fifty years!
With all of the evil garbage going on in the world today, seeing modern man & his amazing flying machines gives me hope that we in fact ARE on a fantastic course to greatness. This is the way!

Heaviside is an option for me. I imagine it can be controlled in the event of a failure of the engine control systems. Can it work without motors, as a glider is the question?

Ojalá se masificaran sus usos, abaratando sus costes de contracciones, y sacando de la calle los vehículos a base combustibles fósiles. 10 minutes flight time for the gravity jet suits, with 12000 feet altitude limit, the pilot would run out of fuel before getting that high. Or just parachute back down.
The future, which seemed very distant 15 years ago, today, thanks to the rapid technological development of mankind, is becoming a reality, which in some 10-15 years will become ordinary everyday life, not surprising anyone.
I bought my paramotor almost 20 years ago. It easily packs into the boot of my car, it's fairly easy to set up and flies for about 3 hours at 30mph which would use about 10ltrs of fuel. I can't remember the exact price but I think it was around £3k. It will also glide down to the ground if the power runs out. We don't seem to have come that far.
@@Falconlibrary I was simply questioning the progress made in the last 20 years. These machines all look very futuristic but they also cost much more than my paramotor. They also offer less range, sometimes far less range. Then there's the "plummeting to the ground" issue if they run out of fuel. I just expected a little more from the future.
@@mikebikekite1 What did you expect? Spacewalk? Or teleportation in space? The principle has already been developed - reliance on air with the help of a wing. Everything else you can work on is flying higher, faster, longer, more comfortable. And yes, Putin is definitely to blame for the fact that we still do not use the teleport.
@@НиколайНикакоюс-л2ь Just a little progress really or maybe I'm expecting too much from 20 years of progress? I'll admit these devices all look like the future and I'd genuinly like to try a few of them but they all offer substantially less than my old paramotor - way less flight time, way less range, less safety (want to guess why these are mostly filmed over water?) and they cost way more.
I remember seeing something very similar to the copterpack for sale on a gadget website back in the early 2000s. Although I'm sure it would of been powered by internal combustion.
Yeah we’ve had various vtol ultralight aircraft commercially available for decades. They have always been completely impractical though, just as all of V these show here are completely impractical. Nothing has changed there. Non-vtol ultralight aircraft have also been around for decades, and they have only gotten better year after year. Paramotors are extremely affordable and have ranges up to 290 miles. Now a tandem trike paramotor won’t have such great range, but it still will be better than most of what was shown here, and you can actually buy a complete tandem trike paramotor setup right now for under 20k.
the Kitty hawk heavy side is the safest, and by far, the best one in the whole list. this one could replace a car. it's got built in redundancy both with wing lift, and many motors. one motor goes out you still have a bunch more. the wing lift could allow you to Coast to a landing, the Kitty hawk doesn't just drop out of the sky if the motor stopped. a 30x30 launch area, now that's driveway size territory. plus, it holds weight you can put your bicycle in the back or groceries, try that with a man drone, doesn't fall out of the sky, yeah that Kitty hawk is the one to watch. and with 30% more efficiency than an electric car, I'll tell you what, an electric boat, extremely inefficient by nature. motor has to just torque load the whole way. a car, can Coast, and roll freely. so to beat a car's efficiency, it's no easy task. the car is a very efficient electric vehicle, so for the Kitty hawk to be 30% more efficient, is just excellent. so this vehicle could be your next car. it's about time it's 2021 damn it!😁💯
A plane is more efficient than a car in many ways. They put vw engines into something like the KR-2, it flies much further and faster than a car will go, but I agree it is probably the most practical vehicle shown.
Kitty Hawk is twice as efficient as an electric car. Not 30% more efficient. With the new batteries that are coming onto the market, the range and flight time will be increased.
What happen to the orignal invented of the jet pack from the ladder (1950's) it was shown in (school's/ class magazine's) at race track's in the (70's and 80's)? I would love to know was he given world wide credit for his invention ( at least here in America). The Jet pack was a first and open the door for all the newer back pack jet pack ider's.🙆
That type of jetpack still exists. They are much more affordable than these robust kerosene turbine systems, but they rely on high concentration, high purity hydrogen peroxide as a fuel, and it's a very dangerous substance that is difficult and expensive to obtain, and it results in a vehicle with extremely limited flight duration of about 3 or 4 minutes. People typically wind up having to manufacture their own high purity hydrogen peroxide on their own premises, with their own equipment, and it's not for everyone. Thus, they are not super popular.
copter pack would have been best if it was real, next best is jetwing because of vertical lift and your literally flying like superman. jet wing needs 2 things, able to fly longer distances and retractable wings like the falcon on the avengers.

Havent you search the military personal flying vehicle? The future is already begun before all these appear infront of our eyes..
They've been around for years.
You woke up a little late.
The future remains the future, the present remains present, those aircraft are the past
Every kind of scientific breakthrough always tested by the government military as secret weapon first before they would really implemented in daily life system including the benefit and risk factor if the govt deem it fit for commercial use they would share it and allow business corporations to distribute it en masses to people
Nice one , actually I’m really depressed right now, lost a coworker. very devastating , Needed someone to talk to
The Copterpack looks promising!
Gravity Jet Suit promising too.
That vertical lift plane, with 100mi and 40min autonomy, looks very efficient. I wonder what could be done if we had better electric energy storage.
A lot could be done. Energy storage is only getting better
Edit: n not on the lvl of the gas potential energy out poot think ratio of gas compared to batorys is 100 to 1 but it its going up where as gasolieen is not
Just give it some time.
@@phoenixskyward9972Doubt it
Kitty Hawk Heaviside is the most practical, efficient, and appears to be the safest out of all.
Does it have a ballistic parachute?
Project Kitty Hawk was closed, moved to Cora Wysk. And the Gravity Jet suit already has a fully electric version )
With all of the evil garbage going on in the world today, seeing modern man & his amazing flying machines gives me hope that we in fact ARE on a fantastic course to greatness.
This is the way!
And hope for a better future :)
@@TopBoxy Absolutely!
Thanks for watching! What do you think, whether any one of these developments reach mass-production?
As it turned out, the video of the Сopterpack flight (01:15) was faked. Detailed analysis on the channel Parallax ruclips.net/video/vtLViqjI4Cg/видео.html
I would try to get to work on a jetpack ))
Дойдёт, рано или поздно
6:03 Zapata Flyboard Air! 👏
Heaviside is an option for me. I imagine it can be controlled in the event of a failure of the engine control systems. Can it work without motors, as a glider is the question?
Why not? Good choice, btw )
I thought it was a RC model?
Those machines are just prototypes. Remember, not too long ago there were no airplanes. It is now just like the airplanes were borne.
Some of these vehicles take your breath away, others....well, look like you can hover, pivot, and trim your hedges at the same time. All kidding aside, I am blown away by some of the videos 🤪
Pretty much!
I am very interested, but no way in hell I’m going to pay 100 thousand dollars and up for a machine that only flys 10 to 13 minutes.
The stuff we all dreamed of as children
Amazing having controlled flight. Curious about longevity of travel.
No one knows for sure :)
The shots with the Emirates is genius.
Thank you for such an inspiring commentary on our video!
No quiero que la tierra esté contaminada

No siempre es tan fácil
10 minutes flight time for the gravity jet suits, with 12000 feet altitude limit, the pilot would run out of fuel before getting that high. Or just parachute back down.
I think some of them are fakes there never fly in real!! to much future wish !!
@@r.blacky341 the gravity jet suits are real. Some of our paramedics use them for getting to rural locations
Possibly, - all data from the manufacturer. But the question is why climb to such a height? In the mountains, these will also be of little use.

The future, which seemed very distant 15 years ago, today, thanks to the rapid technological development of mankind, is becoming a reality, which in some 10-15 years will become ordinary everyday life, not surprising anyone.
yeh but only for wealthy people
This reminds me of the helicopter from Avatar, it would be great if they used this to make that.
The jetwing is amazing, I would love to try it out once... You must have neck muscles of a F1 driver to keep it straight at 400 km/h.
the hardest thing for them to learn to manage
Surely amazing, but dangerous too, some months ago one famous pilot lost his life in dubai on this wingsuit .
I don't want to be in a vehicle. I want to become the vehicle. -Plato probably.
@@florentleider222 wingsuit is not the same, this one has turbines, very different...
The Jet wing guy looked like something from Big Hero 6. So Cool!!!
Looks like you are right
It's almost as if the laws of physics and aerodynamics haven't changed in the past twenty years.
I blame Putin.
@@mikebikekite1
What did you expect?
Anything with exposed blades that you can fall on is a non-starter. Come on man! 😂
Yes, a dubious decision
who does this guy think he is Colin Furze?
Yeah, but it's a very good tool for decapitating your head when you want it.
After 20 years, the copterpack still does not fly (
Quite a worthy alternative
I miss those funky old sites of the 2000’s
*Unbelievable....*
*One beautiful dreams of life..*
*God bless you and best of luck*
I believe the future belongs to personal ultralight aviation
I believe most governments around the world would put an instant stop to that.
Incroyable ! Ça doit être génial de bosser sur ce genre de projet .
To protect these pilots, parachutes are needed that have yet to be developed, for deployment at low altitude.
except for the Kitty hawk. check out my comments....
Front parachute is an option, as back up
parachutes won't work that low - they need to be deployed at certain altitude to even open

Awesome innovations👍🏽
the Kitty hawk heavy side is the safest, and by far, the best one in the whole list. this one could replace a car. it's got built in redundancy both with wing lift, and many motors. one motor goes out you still have a bunch more. the wing lift could allow you to Coast to a landing, the Kitty hawk doesn't just drop out of the sky if the motor stopped. a 30x30 launch area, now that's driveway size territory. plus, it holds weight you can put your bicycle in the back or groceries, try that with a man drone, doesn't fall out of the sky, yeah that Kitty hawk is the one to watch. and with 30% more efficiency than an electric car, I'll tell you what, an electric boat, extremely inefficient by nature. motor has to just torque load the whole way. a car, can Coast, and roll freely. so to beat a car's efficiency, it's no easy task. the car is a very efficient electric vehicle, so for the Kitty hawk to be 30% more efficient, is just excellent. so this vehicle could be your next car. it's about time it's 2021 damn it!😁💯
Kitty hawk is a design that I would like to buy for personal use, but for fun and an unforgettable experience, JetWing it is probably best suited.
Its the only practical one because of the maximum distance and flight time. The others are toys.
I feel with advancement in battery longetivity it will be commercially viable project too maybe 10yrs from now
A plane is more efficient than a car in many ways.
Thanks for the answer
The rocketier
Wingsuit with engine is really something . A real deal.
copter pack would have been best if it was real, next best is jetwing because of vertical lift and your literally flying like superman. jet wing needs 2 things, able to fly longer distances and retractable wings like the falcon on the avengers.
The main problem of jetwing is long training in flight
Copterpack IS real wtf

I have been watching the jet pack one for awhile.. they have a newer model the jb20 I believe and it IS FAA certified. It has 3 smaller jet motors on each side just in case one fails it can still fly. Anyways yeah ..I want one lol
