Question, we have a 70s era house with pine flooring with great figuring, i was told a quality pine for the time. We got it done a few years ago with a water based satin stain and it looked great but has been easy to scratch. Hypothetically if we were to have it done again is there any coating that is best for preventing scratching?
Grazie e buon lavoro 👏
I have a question , perhaps your expertise will help me to understand what needs to be done. My house has parkette floors, 70 years old or so. Each plank is nailed to the floorboard. The question is - if I order a refinishing job that include sanding, should each and every nail in every plank be punched and filled with putty?
What an amazing result.
Question: why do the floors get done before walls and ceilings? BTW, those floors are stunning!
Because the builder or customer is an idiot!
Can i mix 100 grit dust with aquaseal pafuki to fill gap and nail hole ? or just use differ putty to fill nail hole ?
I have question
Way 1st primer no coating?
2nd,3rd waterbass coating

I have always used Bona Traffic HD and never had any complaints (This is in the UK)
Super 👍

Sorry mate we only work on the ground, ceilings are not our expertise ;) good luck with your project!
Fantastic job! 👏👏
P.S. Sorry for the correction. It's *Considering its age.*
Not it's age.

It really depends on how high the nails are sticking up, but you may want to get in touch with your flooring specialist to discuss.
😍😍😍
what huge issue?
The material is called wood, not "timber".
What do you think timber is, they're basically synonymous? They're from Australia, different nomenclature.
@@imkaneforevertimber is raw, unprocessed wood
