Great job guys, one question, what do you recommend as a chemical cleaner to get into the gaps between the boards? I’m about to start my deck and the old coating has run down between the boards and I’d prefer to remove that as well as sand.

Before looked better but only cause you changed the exposed timber the sections around knots are twice as dark because the floor is now 3mm shallower

Nothing beats concrete houses with concrete floors!! All these wood houses are high-maintenance, noisy, harbor dirt, can’t be regularly cleaned with water, etc. I wish we build more concrete houses like many other countries. The walls can be wood/cardboards for easy modifications; but floors, outer walls, and foundations should be concrete!

Beautiful. I have very old pine floors in the second floor of my apartment. They're squeaky and I'm hammering down nail pops once a week but it's a thousand times better than if they'd been replaced with LVP!

can i ask a question about the colour? can you do different colours? is there a theory or concept about what colour to choose for the gaps? some kind of rule or reason?

If you use paste wax regularly afterward-you never loose that flex in the floor cracks and they stay sealed!
