2 3 or 4 would be equally nice. I dont like pale wood. My brain refuses to belive its real. It just makes me think of gross 00s travel lodge laminate.

The correct way to sand a floor is on the diagonal. Moving a machine diagonally across a room means you glide right over the ridges formed where the floorboards meet instead of the sander bouncing over them like speed bumps. This method levels out the ridges until they sit even with the dips; sanding back and forward exacerbates the valleys.

I think it looks great. Parkay flooring can look really dated sometimes. This has a very clean and modern vibe. I would love to see it with the furnishings in the room. That light colored floor won't go well with all types of decor. The other types of flooring in the house might alter my opinion as well.

Not much to do with being the cheapest quote and all to do with a person’s character. I don’t care how much I charged someone, I’m a perfectionist and would never leave a job until it’s done to perfection so if I had to do a job just cos I was desperate for money I wouldn’t charge much but believe me, I’d never leave the person wishing they’d hire someone else.

don't fill the gaps, after a year it will harden, crumble and fall out and you will have small pebbles and sand all the time. the whole floor will be scratched again ikona Zweryfikowane przez społeczność

Cheers! So 3rd sand is our buffing and we actually do this with the American Sanders Epoch rotary buffer and we use a combo of 60grit and 80grit 125mm discs on the multi head. We have some more full videos showing this process 👍🏻
