Hey, Well it's a mixture of two delays (one with some chorus on it) plus some phraser effect before the amp (not in the loop). The phraser gives the wet, "watery" sound, BUT I also add some doubler effect afterwards in the mix. You could also put the in the loop to get a similar sound. Hope I could help my Friend. Ciao!
