As a lifelong metal head, it pissed me off hearing people bashing this tour and especially Zakk. Seeing original pantera...nothing compares, but these dudes stepping up and filling the huge shoes of the Abbott bros and bringing us tunes of this quality...hollow, domination, suicide note, planet caravan. Zakk doesnt have it in him to fuck any of that up.
Yes indeed! I feel the same way. I saw original Pantera on their last tour, absolutely nothing compares but huge respect to Zakk and Charlie for absolutely killing it every night to honor the Abbott brothers! 🤘
No zakk is garbage as is whatever clown they got to take Vinnies spot. Phil tried to get Vinnie to come back with zakk doing guitars and Vinnie said over my dead body. Rex is a nobody that's easily replaces so no one cares what he has to say the brothers never did. Zakk knew and knows how much the brothers despised Phil. Now we can move onto Phil who has only had very very minimal success with his other bands. He's been trying to get his cash cow back since the brothers left. It's a cash grab and I'm sure zakk is sick of playing pubs for 3000$ a night with bls and is trying to ride the gravy train that is pantera since ozzy don't tour no more. So no its disgraceful to the brothers, Rex knows it but he's a literal no body.. zakk knows it, and Phil knows the brothers would rather be dead than have their names attached to anything he does. You think its weird that Phil had been begging for a reunion for 20 years and now it's going on after the 2 founding members have passed? Naw zakk is a garbage human and I hope dime spits in his face and walks away from him for eternity for stabbing him in the back for money
Metal isn’t metal anymore. It’s been wussified. Metal sounds like a bunch of girls trying to dream and bang their heads. It’s disgraceful on all levels. To me it sounds like manga animation crap getting mixed in. The new so called heavy is pathetic. Nothing today can hang with PANTERA. Slipknot is probably the closet…SLAYER,anthrax, megadeth and lamb of god to me are legendary. Metallica.. well should I saw old Metallica was god when they came out with the AND JUSTICE FOR ALL ABLUM was epic but after that they got a little weird and sold out to be more commercially driven. Just like hip hop/rap.. nothing comes close to the BEASTIE BOYS,DRE,ICE T,ICE CUBE,NWA,RUN DMC.. all this new junk is putrid.
Don’t let these downers get to you. Every show has been a blast for these guys and full of love and so good…it’s the ones who don’t go that complain and are the clowns. Trust me for every one clown there are 1000 happy people

Zakk absolutely nails the solo & outro, which are the soul of this song. Damn impressive. Solid professional.
Arizona here! And I've seen Pantera twice once in '98 and again in '00!
Phil, Rex, Zac and Charlie, thanks for for doing this. Everyone needed to hear these songs again.
Not long til I see you in Australia and it’s gonna be epic.
Going to be epic man. I have been lucky enough to see hellyeah and down. I cant believe im gonna be lucky enough to see these guys live. The crowd is going to fucking be epic
When are they coming to Australia? I'm in Indonesia and I would so buy some plane tickets and go there just to see them.
Thank you so much Zakk for making this whole tour possible...hard not to get a little emotional watching Pantera play live though
this peace of solo in the end will be live in our souls forever…
Oh my god.... I'm in tears man... thank you Zakk R.I.P DIME VINN
That was awesome its just sad that Dime and Vinnie aren’t here play their song anymore.Dime and Vinnie must be very happy that Zakk and Charlie are Helping with there legacy. RIP DIME AND VINNIE 🤘🎸🔥🤘🎸🔥
No, they aren't happy
Chills down my Spine...Epic shit. Well done Zakk.
Geez Zakk nailed the solo. Phil, though sounds fucking on point! Uff the melody and power together is something else!

I wasn't there too but I ain't bitchin or been salty, boy. Your comment is intelligent as we have asked to dig out Abbott brothers and bring them to stage. Let them rest, let their heritage lives!
Dude grow a set man. Its a metal solo , it's not comfortably number wtf lol
Great work Zakk!!!
OUTSTANDING AS USUAL!!!
Phil sounds the best he has sounded in a very long time. Makes me so happy the whole band sounds great.
I cried. This means so much to me. Zakk nailed it. ❤
Sounded great. RIP Dime. Thanks to the group for bringing that back.
Glad Zakk took the time to learn the solo, instead of free styling . Nailed it.
Some solos need to be noted for note, this being one of them
Keep the memory alive !
Absolutely the best song to trip to the thunder storm in the back ground mind melting
As soon as he did the solo I got goosebumps. Man that was a special moment. I shed a few tears
Zakk, awesome!!
Phil is on point... the whole band is.. I'm so glad this music is touching another generation.
Trust me for every one clown there are 1000 happy people
@michaelborgias5332 can't wait to see them again this year, doobie in one hand cerveza in the other haha
Superb Zakk. Dime would be smiling down on that performance for sure. Class.
Dime had that ending solo back in the Glamtera days! Great piece of music! 🎸🔥🤘🏼
Zakk nailed that solo... Just spot on...
saw em on tour last summer buut.. they keep giving us more reasons to catch em AGAIN!!!
I never thought Zakk could play any Pantera so authentic. But he can. The band sounds with him awesome.
Man, they sound so fn good.. Phil sounds better than ever.. you can tell they're putting their all into this shit man.. amazing.. thanks for sharing.. 🤘
Since he cant really headbang like he used to he can focus on vocals hah, he even said that in an interview
I listened to the original the night vinnie died, I was crushed man! This was a great song and the guys did a great job.
Phil's vocals are sounding great!
This has to my GOAT solo, nothing can play it like dime!
Easily one of Dimes finest moments. Beautiful tribute to the boys there!!!! Sounded amazing.
I saw them 23 years ago with my friend. He flew done for this show. I'm am so grateful they did this song! After I dropped him off at the airport, I listened to this song again. Tears fell down my face. A perfect tribute.
That outtro riff is like pure ecstasy to the soul.
From what I have seen, Zakk has been winging a few of the solos throwing in his own interpretations.....So I was curious to see if he would play this one as it was composed, and he didn't disappoint! One of the best metal solos ever and Zakk knows it. You could tell that he wanted to play the solo properly to honor his departed friend. Nothing but respect...Killer job all around! Stoked to hopefully hear this one live in August!
Goosebumps!
Nothing left to say!
I know Dime is smiling from heaven. Gossebumps.
The outdo brings tears to my eyes EVERY SINGLE TIME.
OutRO. Damned phone
This was absolutely incredible to watch. The people who got to see this live are very lucky. This song possibly has dime bags very best work ever written.
Absolutely awesome job by Zakk. I was hoping they would play this in Daytona at Rockville.
