    That is why Berry Gordy is the king of the entertainment business. It would have been the stupidest mistake in entertainment industry to turn down Little Stevie Wonder and the Jackson 5! They were all musical geniuses! And they made Motown rock the entire world!

      nomibe2911 wrong his vocal style at the age of 10 was somewhere around Jackie Wilson/ James Brown ...Frankie wasn’t a soulful n nor as sultry as Mike but rather poppy in stylization

    As a dedicated Motown fan, the questions were so unimaginative, being the same ones he's been asked so many times. I was real disappointed. A lost opportunity.

    Well he didn't lie. Little Stevie's voice left a lot to be desired. He was a much better singer as an adult.

    BERRY GORDY is a remarkable man with tremendous perception. Lula, Stevie's mom undoubtedly heard that Mr. Gordy would cheat his artists (later he was sued by many) and she was concerned about her son. Aretha Franklin's dad would not allow her to sign with Motown for the same reason.
