A lot of things fascinated me about Berry Gordy. But I was thinking what other head of a record label was also the musician that he was. The only one I can think of was Leon Huff at Philadelphia International and they patterned themselves after Motown.,,

I wish he'd talk more about what happened to Flo Ballard, was that whole episode handled right, things he could have done differently, her death, Motowns own Lady Sings the blues
