  • This documentary tells with story of how the famous London Scottish gather every November to commemorate Remembrance Day. Filmed in 2007 when the Toronto Scottish, their sister regiment, flew in from Canada to take part in a spectacular march through London led by the massed pipes and drums. Both regiments are the only units authorised to wear the Hodden Grey tartan. This film has become an historic archive.

Glad to see this, and even see my dad Gordon in a few clips. The 51st and London Scottish were always a large part of our family growing up, I'm proud of the history there.

I remember them as being G Coy 51st Highland Volunteers, no doubt they are now part of the London Guards.
