Florida U S A. Finally the truth is being exposed. Still, others refuse to even consider researching to see if they’ve been misled. My family thinks I need help … mental health. 🙏 for them while trying by our actions to improve our own health. Find the like-minded, help each other. Share the truth. Never stop learning. I’m 88 & an RN still learning something new everyday. Health in mind, body & spirit. Longevity runs in my family, if I’m so lucky or not, I aim to be as healthy as possible. God bless all & protect others that are trying to correct the crimes against humanity we’ve seen so blatantly.

I reversed 20+ years of schizophrenia with this diet. Down from 40-50 pills a day to 6.5 pills a day and about to go down to 5 pills a day this month. I am on zero stims already and will be off all anti-psychotics this month. I am about three years carnivore. Blood work is the best in my entire life. I was underweight and are now at a healthy weight again. It is easy to build muscles, something don't care about in any way, but it is. By only walking, which i could not do prior to this, my entire body is strong again. I was consuming about 4k calories on vegan diet and was loosing weight and going into shock as indicated by constant sickness and blood work. A+ health. I am even considering going off alcohol which i use to sleep at night and now don't need.

There are probably 3 groups. Those that know and continue the push the lies, those that dont care - even though say they do.. and those that know they've been wrong and are trying to rectify that.. which.. that 3rd group is FAR AND FEW BETWEEN. See if you're healthy.. that's way way less money in their pocket.. you wont be visting them, and that means less money for them. Naturopaths.. are more often/most often way better educated in this area.. and understand the correct nutrition needs for people. Most/Many of them are reccomending KETO/Ketovoir/Carnivore to their clients.

My sister married in to a ranch family that raised beef and dairy cattle. When I was about 10 years old I used to stay on the ranch every chance I got. Sometimes they would send me to bring in the dairy cows for milking ( morning and evening) some of the cows would already be waiting at the gate could hardly wait to go to the dairy. Believe me these animals didn’t suffer,in fact if something made them nervous like a stranger in the dairy you could tell because they would hold back milk! Farmers generally treat their animals extremely well as happy healthy animals are easier to handle and maximize profits.

On our small family farm, the cows are usually in the barn for milking and meals. Other times, they go out to pasture. Unless the weather is too cold or stormy. My parents also worked for a big thousand cow farm in PA. Those cows did not spend all day in stalls either. The plant based people are just pushing lies on ignorant people. Wondering if this happened to someone else as well; I stopped craving for wine since I went on carnivore! I used to drink wine with lunch and dinner, and long drinks in btwn for 27yrs. Anyone else with the same "symptoms"?

Yes, same thing with me. I now might have some wine once every 2 - 3 weeks, instead of every day. And can say no. (Especially after eating a meat meal, it holds way less appeal.) Maybe its because of being in ketosis? It would be an interesting study.......

Vegetables, grains, fruits and carbs are less nutrient dense than meat and saturated fat. The body spends a lot less energy to process a carnivore diet than the SAD diet. Therefore, the carnivore dieter is always "full of energy" vs the carb dieter who is always lethagic. Also, fructose kills the body's hunger hormone, causing insatiable hunger and obesity. Fructose metabolism causes non alcoholic fatty liver and non alcoholic fatty pancreas that causes diabetes 2. Conclusion: a carnivore diet CURES diabetes 2 without medicine. The diet is thy medicine.

Been carnivore for 8 months now. It gave me my life back. I lost 20 pounds in the first month. Now down a total of 43 pounds and staying at my healthy weight now for several months. My chronic back pain that kept me from working and in bed for much of my life is totally gone, fatty liver is gone, sleep apnea is gone, injury pain in my wrist and knee from a motorcycle crash is totally gone, my fatigue is gone now and I have so much energy. I started working out again and am putting muscle on like crazy and I have always had trouble doing that. I almost never get sick anymore. It gave me my life back and I'm so thankful I found this way of living. I just wish I had found it sooner and saved myself years of pain and suffering. I'm 41 now and feel better then I ever have before. I was also eating "healthy" before. Lots of veggies, whole grains and was mostly vegetarian to vegan most of my life. Eat meat sparingly at times, but never in large amounts or for long periods of time. That diet was a good way to have a slow death without any quality of life. I have so much energy and strength now I can climb mountains, workout for hours, work all day and I don't get tired anymore. In the past I could always take a nap in the afternoon and now I have no need for that.

Health insurance costs are skyrocketing, because people are making really bad horrid choices about what they eat.. Obesity in Amreica is at record levels because people are making super poor food consumption choices. I think Insureance companies should base your health insurance premiums off of your diet.. and see how fast that rectifies some of this issue.

I'm on day 33 of my transition, currently 20 or less total carbs a day but not zero carbs. After 13 years of autoimmune and IBS with all my labs in the green except about 10 years ago i became iron anemic. All other labs are great levels.
But my pcp is on board and supporting me. She gave me a lipid panel, comprehensive metabolic panel, ac1 and waiting for my autoimmune panel to come back. All green levels except slighlt dehydrated when labs were pulled i hadn't drank water yet that day.
So far ive lost 4 lbs water weight in the first week, which also decreased my finger swelling and finger tingling. My cystic acne is clearing up and i have been able to have an appetite, no nausea, can actually go on 15 minutes or longer car rides again....

I am on high fat 80/20 carnivore for about six weeks now (trying to heal from CFS and other). Experiencing much more regulation of the nervous system because I don’t feel hungry anymore all of the time, so no more blood sugar issues & the inflammation has gone down drastically since I dropped the last tiny bit of carbs a week ago! Right now I only eat beef, lamb, ghee, tallow, and an egg yolk a day. And fatty fish or chicken once or twice a week. (I’m still in the elimination phase)
I’m noticing a decrease in symptom severity and some things have just disappeared.
My advice would be to ease into it, focus on healing only and learn to recognize what your body needs.
Definitely check out the interviews with Rebekah Heishman! She healed over 10 autoimmune diseases on carnivore. Learned so much From her.
Best of luck in your healing journey 🤍
P.s. Yesterday I managed to walk 1 hour & 45 min. Over 10.000 steps total, something I never even got close to in over 1,5 decades of being Ill.

I tried 4 months of carnivore but had chronic diarrhoea the whole time culminating in a perianal abscess after one bout of constipation after dropping 100g of fat per day. Because of the surgery ive added back in fibre, a few slices of bread, some fruit and yoghurt, greens like cabbage and leeks and a bit of squash, i put on 10lbs in about a week 😂 i dont likr having the brain fog and anxiety back though so will have to address my gut issues on the diet..
