- Hello and Welcome to Video 6 of our course on Mobile Data Collection using the KoBoToolbox. In this video, I covered 3 main things:
1) How to check submissions made to your forms
2) How to view and analyse your data online (Reports Section under the data tab)
3) How to view and download your submitted data (tables and downloads)

Hello I have a question: I designed a form in KOBO and want to share it with 2 users first user is to use android app on his phone to submit forms. the second user should view and validate first user's forms through his android app also. How can I do that?

Forms are only validated in Kobo by the owner of the project, unless you share rights with another user. The validation process takes place within the table section on the data tap in your Kobo account online

Why does Kobo form keep changing questions, Is there away of password protecting changes on the questionnaire before deploying. 2- If want to discard the data collected so far and start afressh how can I do this (but still retain the form)
You can do that by deleting the submissions from your account online (the online server)
