Could you please rephrase your question so it it clearer? Normally, data on each observation is entered as a separate entry. Kobo generates unique IDs called "parent index" for each observation but you can still create yours if necessary.

No...Nox emulator is only if you want to use your computer as a mobile device. You can also use any emulator of your choice.

Not necessarily..depends on what you want to display on your map. Coordinates are points on your map. Put you can also display data on polygons

I will do a video on that. But for now a simple solution could be to do an excel export and either manually combining the data by copying and pasting or using power query to append your excel exports

Kindly please be informed that KoBoToolbox at the moment does not support this feature. FYI, Maybe you could be cautious while collecting data (where enumerators are allocated with specific respondents). Elsewhere doing data cleaning, duplicate data can be removed. Hope this helps
