I have a question : if I I have three questions in XLS form in this sequence first one is asking about total number second one is asking about number of category 1 third one is asking about number of category 2 I need constraint formula at third question not to accept values that if summed with second question give values higher or lower than total number (question one)
I think your ordering is not good Question 1: number in category 1 Question 2: number in category 2 Question 3: you can use a formula in the calculation column to automatically add category 1 and 2. So your form user will not have to enter anything in this question as it will be calculated automatically.

I have used the kobo collect for questionair after I sent 200 questionaire for sent to finalize I see only 89 that was sent HW can I get the remaining data o sent
I think the forms were not sent properly. You should always get a confirmation that your forms have been sent to the server. Did you use a mobile phone for the exercise?
If you used a mobile phone, check the edit section...if they are questionnaires that were uncompleted, they will be found there. Uncompleted questionnaires usually are not sent to the server.
