In Arizona they use a phrase called "valley fever". They use it to discribe a disease in that area they cannot describe.
I have seen this episode probably 6-7 times and every time I see the scenes when Hopper's daughter is dying I need some tissue, especially with that music, it rips at my heart. When you were crying Mary, I was right there with you. Great reactions.

Absolutely NOTHING beats that scene where they're trying to wake up Will and it's switching back and forth between the flashback of Hop's kid, it hits SOOOO hard 😭
Fun fact. The Government building used in this episode was a real Federal Government Building. It was used in the 1970s and 1980s by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta. It is the Emory University extended campus facility. Now it's mostly used for AIDS research.

RUclips needs to chill! It is getting super annoying. I feel like they only want grifters and rage videos these days. Too many good channels are getting copyright strikes and are having other issues when the rude channels get to stick around. Rewatching to help you out.
