I’m really happy they’re growing without going “pop”, I was afraid maybe they’d start moving too far away from their sound too fast like too many bands/artists do.
Right? I absolutely love Feel Something and it seems that so far, they’re definitely changing but not in a really extreme way. (I say “so far” because the whole album hasn’t come out where I am yet.)
just got done with it. 100% the best time to release it as this is going to be a GREAT autumn/fall album. not as heavy as i wouldve expected from tunnel vision and even dont give up your ghost but its still really good. dont know if it will top feel something but who knows
Movements seriously never miss. Everything that they put out is awesome in its own way. I feel really lucky to have known them since the beginning and watched them grow.
If I had watched this review after my first listen of the album I would’ve agreed with you about Santiago Peak. But giving this album a few listens that is actually one of the songs I appreciate the most. It definitely grew on me a lot. I also think that Love Took the Last of it is one of the best on the album as well.
I found out about movements at warped tour 2018 and instantly fell in love with them. The album is amazing, but what really caught me was the spoken word. Kind of let down how its only on one song but that won't keep me from leaving the album on repeat
Dang "Garden Eyes" is definitely one of my favorite! And it's because of the chorus hook! 🙌 This whole album is great! "No Good Left To Give" (the song) reminds me a bit of Citizens and "Everybody's Going to Heaven" overall, which is a sadly underrated album. Overall, this album is a straight bop! It feels more like a direct sequel to "Outgrown Things" to me than "Feel Something". But everything Movements releases is golden! 🙌
This album took a full year to really appreciate it fully. Saw them in Cleveland last week and really enjoyed the entire set. Especially “tunnel vision”. Garden eyes is personally my Santiago peak but I really enjoy Santiago peak depending on my mood. But regardless each song hits for a different mood imo.
this album is seriously top notch!! i love how they’re growing as musicians and brought something different to the table then feel something! also tunnel vision is the best song
I loved this album after listening to it through, and I think it's one that I'll love more and more with time. That kind of happened to me with Proper Dose too
I loved this in some ways musically more then Feel Something, but as someone who has never been in a relationship, I couldn’t relate to the album like I could to Feel Something, so they’re on par for me
How is the obscure name of a song such as "Tunnel Vision" so common now? Justin Timberlake has a song with that name, Kodak Black, and now this artist I have not heard of.
Wasn’t really impressed with the singles, they were a bit too poppy for me (at least by their standards), really hope that the overall album delivers because Feel Something is one of my go to “sad boi Hours” albums and a staple of my “Emotionally F--ked” Spotify playlist (Edit: Just checked it out, it’s awesome, and the singles all grew on me, not quite on the level of Feel Something and still would’ve loved more post hardcore elements, but overall, great work)
@The Reverse -Flash A bunch of Brand New, Johnny Cash’s version of Hurt, Rough Hands and Sharks And Danger by Alexisonfire, Deathbed by Relient K, Deathbeds by Bring Me The Horizon, Hello by Evanescence, Leave Out All The Rest and One More Light by Linkin Park, Terrible Things by Mayday Parade, Forever Yours by Greyscale, Cigarette And Saints by The Wonder Years, and right the hell out of nowhere for childhood nostalgia, Gary Come Home from Spongebob
2020 really has been a weird year for music (and I mean that in a good way). I Disagree by Poppy, Miss Anthropocene by Grimes, and zero_one by The Living Tombstone were the most unusual albums I heard this year (and yes, they're all great).
This band just doesn't click with me for whatever reason, none of the singles for new album impressed me and neither that debut album everyone gushed about, not saying they are bad or anything, no, they had their moments, just overall I'm struggling to find what makes this band distinct or interesting. Eh, maybe when I hear their 2nd album in full it will change, I dunno, I give it a shot regardless and thanks for the video. Update: Finished No Good Left to Give and unfortunately my opinion stayed the same. Nothing against ya'll who love this band, but to me they are just decent and nothing more.
Starting your comment with “I’m sorry” is so stupid lmao. Just say it! You don’t wanna hear another opinion but you were dumb enough to click on an ALBUM REVIEW Idk but 138k signed up to hear my opinions and I don’t see too many likes on your comment so maybe just pack your bags and get out of town
No sophomore slump for these guys 🔥 Thanks to Fearless for getting me the album a week early, lmk your thoughts on it down below!
It’s a comeback of the year
I think your rating will go up. This album just keeps getting better!
Review Knuckle Pucks new album
P Can Stan he said no

I LOVE “Skin to Skin”, I can’t wait to listen to the new album!!
Jason LovesABR oh I didn’t know Knuckle Puck we’re releasing a new album!
I found out about movements at warped tour 2018 and instantly fell in love with them. The album is amazing, but what really caught me was the spoken word. Kind of let down how its only on one song but that won't keep me from leaving the album on repeat
Ah, Movements! My d e p r e s s i o n has finally returned :)
Hello darkness my old friend
Movements are my favorite band. Their music means so fucking much to me. I actually found them through you! So I kinda owe you a thank you 😊
Santiago Peak is a top song on the record. This album grows and grows
Dang "Garden Eyes" is definitely one of my favorite! And it's because of the chorus hook! 🙌
This whole album is great!
"No Good Left To Give" (the song) reminds me a bit of Citizens and "Everybody's Going to Heaven" overall, which is a sadly underrated album.

Honestly I've been saying for so long that citizen is super underrated
I almost forgot about this new album. I CANNOT WAIT to hear this album front to back.
This is a real good effort and I was not expecting this. Great album. Thanks for the review Jon! 😀
never checked em out before, just listened to Tunnel Vision and wowowowow that was good. Gonna look more into them for sure.
start with outgrown things fosure
Tunnel Vision and Don’t Give Up Your Ghost are my highlights! I see a bright future for Movements.
I personally think that the last two songs on this record are some of the best songs they have done. They hit so hard, and are so emotionally charged.
I thought they couldn’t top with feel something . But this is another step , pats voice is fucking crazy . 10/10 well done boys !
You articulated a lot of the things i both consciously and subconsciously thought of this album
this album is seriously top notch!! i love how they’re growing as musicians and brought something different to the table then feel something! also tunnel vision is the best song
Really enjoyed this album! Glad it was as enjoyable as Feel Something for me
I casually listened to Don't Give up Your Ghost on RUclips and loved it, then listened to the album, and loved it too. There's not a bad song here.
I loved this album after listening to it through, and I think it's one that I'll love more and more with time. That kind of happened to me with Proper Dose too
This album is amazing 4.5/5
I loved this in some ways musically more then Feel Something, but as someone who has never been in a relationship, I couldn’t relate to the album like I could to Feel Something, so they’re on par for me
Love this band from day 1
Great album
i really like this album but feel something its my baby
waiting the knuckle puck review!!!
I need to stop checking the bio before I watch 😂 still loved this album tho.super groovy and was 100% not a sophomore slump
The ending of the "Feel Something" album always rubbed me the wrong way, but it is one of my favorite albums.
Rubbed you the wrong way? They grey is literally my favorite song off that album. It gives such chilling vibes from start to finish
haven't heard this yet cuz waiting for my vinyl to come in for my first listen
I agree with everything you said. I’m so glad you liked it. Movements has become one of my favorite bands. 💖
I love the odd time signatures.
honestly I alr like this more than feel something, shit is so fresh and beautiful
How is the obscure name of a song such as "Tunnel Vision" so common now? Justin Timberlake has a song with that name, Kodak Black, and now this artist I have not heard of.
Nice review mate :) will you be reviewing Self Care by Yours Truly? It just came out, and spoiler alert - it's great :)
I think I love all the singles and the song 12 weeks. The rest don't really do it for me. I don't think they're bad though.
Wasn’t really impressed with the singles, they were a bit too poppy for me (at least by their standards), really hope that the overall album delivers because Feel Something is one of my go to “sad boi Hours” albums and a staple of my “Emotionally F--ked” Spotify playlist

Bring Back KP, Animated Obviously /CrisisOnFire1977 What other songs are in there
@The Reverse -Flash A bunch of Brand New, Johnny Cash’s version of Hurt, Rough Hands and Sharks And Danger by Alexisonfire, Deathbed by Relient K, Deathbeds by Bring Me The Horizon, Hello by Evanescence, Leave Out All The Rest and One More Light by Linkin Park, Terrible Things by Mayday Parade, Forever Yours by Greyscale, Cigarette And Saints by The Wonder Years, and right the hell out of nowhere for childhood nostalgia, Gary Come Home from Spongebob
I just realized they're one of the few bands who can make me cry. They feel like home but it hurts sometimes.
@@jasonlovesmusicreacting882 I don't know squat about Napalm Death except that Anthony wears their shirt sometimes. I'll try it out later though
my "sad boi Hours" albums are:
- 808s & Heartbreak
- Blonde
- The Black Parade
- The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me
- Trilogy
Yo what about Pup’s new single? Will we get a review of their EP when it comes out next month?
Not sure if I'll do a dedicated video but we'll see! I'll definitely talk about it in the album awards Q4 if nothing else depending on how it hits me!
ARTV cool beans 👍🏽

Review the New Bad Nostalgia album “Sex & Grieving”!!! It’s a great album
I’m stoked to hear it tomorrow! Jealous you got to hear it early tho haha
The album is pretty close to perfect. My only wish is that they had more spoken word.
Intro song PLEASE
Link is in the description of every video I’ve uploaded for the past 4 years
This and knuckle pucks 20/20 > most records so far this year
Santiago Peak is my favorite off the album 😐
So glad I preordered the album
These guys didn’t disappoint. So happy they’re sticking to their sound
do Heaven and Hell by Ava Max
Review The new debut album by Ava max “heaven and hell”
Swag
It doesn't come out until 30 minutes here
Stryper even the devil believes
Speaking of Linkin Park vibes, the album cover looks like a young Chester Bennington.
I don't know to me it feels really dull and almost boring at times, feels like they dropped post-hardcore aswell. Pretty underwhelming record to me.
100% agree. And I love love love outgrown things and feel something
I agree. The songs all kinda have the same vibe. Not enough variety overall
This band just doesn't click with me for whatever reason, none of the singles for new album impressed me and neither that debut album everyone gushed about, not saying they are bad or anything, no, they had their moments, just overall I'm struggling to find what makes this band distinct or interesting. Better than feel something don't agree with that statement at all
B R A S I L 💞 movements
For me it's hard to listen to. The music drowns out the vocals and everything just kind of mixes together. Confuses my ears. :/
I'm sorry but why should anyone care about this guys "review"
Starting your comment with “I’m sorry” is so stupid lmao. Just say it! You don’t wanna hear another opinion but you were dumb enough to click on an ALBUM REVIEW

ARTV love you John 💗
