For the strand test, should you be able to feel it when your holding your fingers still, or when you're rubbing them together? I definitely have fine hair but it's just out of curiosity :)
as i'm asian i don't have to worry about body hair 🤣🤣our hair growth and amount is crazy ...i got anxity if i don't use shampoo everyday also i oil my hair 4 times a week 😊love hairs
I loved the test to see what hair type you have. That is the first time I’ve seen or heard of it and now I know I have medium, healthy hair! I sweat loads and I workout everyday so I’m worried I may end up over washing my hair since i need to wash it after my workout?
When you can, try to schedule hair washing for after your workouts. When this isn't possible, dry shampoo and a ponytail are great options for managing the greasiness of your hair. If you absolutely have to wash your hair, take care of it by not using super hot water, and select sulfate-free products that provide your hair with lots of nutrients and moisture 💗
I used to wash my hair every single day because I just think going to work (a clean office) will collect germs on my hair and i don't want to bring that to my super clean bed! Thanks to COVID, I can prolong my hair wash frequency from washing everyday to every other day and my hair has become less oily and growing so fast!!!
Nice! I thought i have fine hair but i did the test and it turns out i have medium hair. I try to wash my hair the least possible. I notice it immediately when i wash my hair after more than a week, my hair is very better, it has more volume and i even feel like there are less split ends. I dont always do the same sometimes i wash my hair after 3 days sometimes 2 weeks. I dont think its bad to wash the hair every 2 weeks. The build up could be after months not weeks.
I am trying to learn how to take care of my scalp/hair better so I've been doing research as well as contacting my Dermatologist regarding the itching I am having. I have been washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner every day, I remember the last time I didn't wash my hair one day it became immediately oily so I've been concerned about that ever since then. As of these past few months I thought conditioning on some days and then on other days not doing so was beneficial but now I am seeing that its the opposite (shampoo) that I should be doing. I have medium-thick hair I believe, definitely not thin hair & I also suffer with a great amount of frizz/Static ...so I am going to try one of the methods you mentioned and see how that goes :) Thank you for this video!

even if i wash my hair, the flaky things are still there and i dont know how to get rid of it I told my mum, and she told me to put lemon on my hair, cut it in half and scrub it on your scalp, I tried it today and it actually works, it reduces the flakes but it's still there.
Well I dont think lemon is the cure here.. Look for what is causing the flaking.. Try less shampoo on the scalp. And less wahsing of the hair. Shampoo is drying.. If you dont put too many products in your hair you need less washing..

I recommend getting into the shower every non shampoo day and scrubbing your hair really good and brush out the oil. No shampoo for water washing days. Hope that helps!
