Y’all kill me with this take. Just bc it doesn’t have bananas or any long time vets doesn’t make this horrible LMAO. This season has brought more drama than the past 3 put together. Kyland/Michele/Jay/Melissa/Nurys and Big T have provided drama.

I owe an apology. I complained that The Challenge needed fresh faces. After Challenge USA 1 & season 39 I realize this show needs vets badly
I feel the same way about All Stars needs OGs. I'm still upset Dan from The Real World Miami, Genesis from The Real World Boston, and Tara from Road Rules Northern Trail were alternates and not used as the cast and some vets who didn't take that much of a break from the challenge compared to the OGs got cast instead.
Production dropped the ball big time with not getting the true OGs. People who have watched since the beginning of the Challenge when it was called Real World/Road Rules Challenge like watching OGs for nostalgia and to see them on the screen again when it's been 15+ years since many have done a challenge season. If production didn't watch the very early seasons of when it was called Real World/Road Rules Challenge then they have no business doing the casting for All Stars Challenge I feel.
If there is a All Stars season 5 then it should be strictly OGs and not have any vets. The vets should be for the main show.
Just said the same thing. The increase in insta-famous people versus vets is why no one is watching- except their Followers lol

Omg I’m dying without vets this season!! I find my self FF through everything except the challenge and elimination. I don’t care at all about deliberations or alliances/house drama…I want vets back. Just vets. And no eliminations for the first 10 episodes of the season so we get time with all of them :)

I was not aware of this show till it broadcast at Paramount+ Since that I and my wife watch multiple episodes every day. This is the best reality show ever: The juvenile tantrums some of these contestants display shows a sad side to that generation of Men & Woman. Beyond that the competitiveness is at a another level. Very addictive program !

Looks great I can't wait to watch this. No other reality tv show goes this deep in developing it's character for multiple seasons and then you still find ways for us to learn more about them.
I can’t wait to see this, it will be interesting to see more about their lives prior to The challenge, over the years we have heard bits and pieces of everyones stories but never the full thing. I can’t wait to see CT and Cara’s not only because their my fav but because I am from near Boston too. I use to go to school in Charlestown!

As a competitor Cara Maria has come so far. Her first couple seasons she was not the best, now one of the strongest. I will also admit while I can't get into many of the new people they keep putting on the show, but I absolutely love Big T. Glad to see she is a part of this doc. If I'm being honest, I wish they would end the main show and just do the OG seasons. Watching all the people I have loved throughout the years and grew up with. Moms and Dads that are more entertaining to watch than the borefest casts they have now.
no sorry just no watching old aged pensioners is not better than watching young hungry athletes compete... first ever challenge on all stars proved they're too old and was awful to watch :/ remember the show is a competition. so should be competitive so viewers stay tuned, i love the ogs but many need to retire and call it a day.

@@arronjohn16 That's cool. I would still rather watch the OGs over what I have seen in the casts from the last few seasons, this one especially. For me I like the OG cast's personalities more. Most of the new people are boring. But it's ok to differ
@@arronjohn16 WRONG the Challenge has and always will be a REALITY show first and foremost. You wanna watch hungry athletes? Go watch the Olympics and professional sports. What tuned people into these shows were and still are the people (OGs) themselves. The problem is the newer generation of competitors don’t know how to capture the audiences. Which is why they rely on the OGs to bring the viewers in.

YES!!!! To see all the people I have watched for over 20+ years! Massive! Love It! Can't wait! For those haters that don't like Season 39, get over it, at least it's The Challenge trying to bring new people in to keep it fresh as possible. No it won't, I never missed an episode, and I live in the Caribbean, I watched these people from REAL WORLD, ROAD RULES, and watched the CHALLENGE from season 1 And never stopped, the new people cannot match up ,most of them are not memorable, very few are standouts to me.right now Season 39 have me DAMN ANNOYED.

This is so AWESOME! I grew up with all these people. Been watching MTV reality since the 90's. The Real World and Road Rules. I know the show is evolving but I do not want CBS to wash it down. The Challenge does not need to be another Big Brother/Survivor (I also watch those shows). MTV was doing reality before reality was a thing.

It's a Documentary Series... So hopefully they will cover all of the real OG's.
The OGs are those that debuted on the show from seasons 1-18 when it used to be called Real World/Road Rules Challenge. Anyone that debuted on the show from seasons 19-current would be considered a vet. The real OGs are those contestants who appeared in a early season of either Real World or Road Rules and also debuted on seasons 1-18 before it was called The Challenge.
Therefore, old school people who debuted are those who were contestants from seasons 1-18. New school contestants are those who debuted on the show seasons 19-current.
