It's funny, I rented at the 4th Apartment place for 6 months ending this past December. I had a large studio, not the 1 bedroom unit. But It's fun to see my familiar place. There's a very nice family who runs this place. I rented a motor scooter by the month and "scooted" around all the time. I would/will go back there.

Definitely the last one. nice, big and cheap. OMG 350$ a month. The good thing about renting an apartments in Cambodia is that it comes furnished, free internet and sometimes they come and clean, and change bed sheets twice a month. In America, you have to bring your own furniture (empty) and extremely expensive and twice as small. One small bedroom apartment can cost 3500 dollars per a month and not as clean.
