Flying from Chiang Mai to Bangkok - a different side of Bangkok!
Flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok
I started my journey back to Bangkok with a smooth flight from Chiang Mai. When I read the air Asia rules for flying they said you can bring water as long as it is frozen solid. So me being me decided to put it to the test. Well if it is true someone should tell security as when I went though they took it off me. I even showed them where it said it was allowed and they still said no. Oh well I tried 😁🤦🏽‍♀️

ประเทศไทยThere are foreign tourists who say that there is no sea in upper Thailand. Who told you? Thailand has sandy beaches, large freshwater seas, and beautiful waterfalls at the national level. In my hometown, Bueng Kan Province and Bueng Kan used to be ranked 7th as livable cities in the world.

I really enjoyed my Sunday roast dinner at Annie’s. I have been away from home for 6 months and it was wonderful to have a little taste from home. Before I started my trip I had not eaten rice in years (probably because I can’t make it without it sticking to the pot) now I have it almost every day!!! Boy you can definitely get tired of rice. I do have a few clips of very strange foods I have tried coming up, but my family friends and a lot of my subscribers want to see how I travel, from place to place what I’m doing and how I’m getting along. I used to have a hairdressing salon and a lot of my clients who can no longer travel follow me. They have told me they are traveling through me and my adventures. You are so very lucky if you did not suffer with the occasional hardship, when you were traveling. I found you can sometimes find difficulties weather you are home or away, or maybe that's just me!!! lol I’m so blessed to have such amazing supportive friends around me. Incredible ! I couldn't believe what I was seeing, you are rightly proud of yourself to make it through all three tunnels , I certainly won't forget this video in a hurry, absolutely cptivating from start to finish ... on top of that (though you had a little help once or twice !) you managed to film your crawls at the same time ! I've often wondered how you do some of the things you do while holding a camera - have you considered doing this sort of thing with a head/chest cam or maybe something else small that you could clip on to your attire ? There must be an easier way in this day & age of technology ... I think some of your best vids have been on your trips to Vietnam, this is right up there with them - and you've def stacked up some credit to film a couple more "walking across pure white sand / swimming in clear blue water" vlogs after this !!! lol 😉

Thanks for the kind words yes it’s definitely challenging filming while doing some of these things. I do have a clip for my GoPro camera that I can attach to my backpack or bag it also has a strong magnetic. I had a chest strap last year but didn’t bring it with me this time. As is a pain to put on and off when having pictures taken. Glad you enjoyed the video. 😃

I’ve been to the CuChi tunnels a few times but not that part. We didn’t spend nearly as much time underground! My friend and I did try the shooting, they gave us a fairground rifle rather than an AK47 and we couldn’t even hit the hill never mind the targets! Doh….

This tour was to the Ben Duoc Tunnels they are not as popular as the main tunnel tours but it is highly recommended from me. I didn’t do the guns as they frightened me more than the tunnels!!!! 🥴

Well done, so impressed you did that. I only just managed a few meters before giving up. I did manage to fire an AK47 machine gun though. Best 10 dollars (us) I spent, and i didn't get muddy. Again WELL DONE. Enjoyed that so much. Thanks for sharing...

The gun shooting was the bit I didn’t like. One of the guys had a go. The first shot he fired I jumped out my skin and ran outside. It really frightened me which is strange as he wasn’t shooting at me!!!! It was just the sound so loud 🫣😲🥴

Well done, Sonja! My husband and I went last year, and I made it to the entrance, and I panicked. I ran over the people coming in behind me. I'm having a panic attack watching you 😅

Now you can see inside tunnels from the comfort of home. The girls on my tour did try any of the tunnels so you did well to try. 🥰 It was tight in there but it was the dark that I didn’t like the most. 🥴🫣
