I'm black. The answer is yes. I've actually seen victims of black on white violence being dismissed because they "must've provoked them off camera". A video of a black dude punching an elderly white person (can't remember the gender) and people thought the white person (probably about 90-ish years old) did something to deserve getting punched. Another one: a white, 12 year-old boy, was dancing. A black dude (full grown adult) came up in a car, got out of the car, punched the kid in the face, got back into the car, and drove away. Another black dude tried to stop him as he drove off (props to him). But of course, people think he had to have done something to provoke the attack.

I live in this town and know the kids who did this. They were driving around through the night shooting at random shit before this happened. They were shooting cows and mailboxes and then out of stupidity, shot this runner. It wasnt a hate crime, it couldve been anyone running that day. I remember this case, I live in Dallas, Tx, and it was on the news here a few times, but not much. This happened about 80-100 miles north of Dallas in a small town in Oklahoma. Sadly, the guy that was murdered was out jogging, training to play college baseball, and was from Australia, here in the US on a baseball scholarship at a small college in Oklahoma. I was told you can’t be racist to white peoples by a friend who was black. I corrected them and said that that is not true. I was then sat down by a counselor (who is also black), and was told that I was racist and needed to apologize, and then I told her about the comments that same student and another black student (who is also my friend) had made over the course of the entire school year. They had told me to shut up on multiple occasions and told me to stop talking about my “white culture” such as my “white people hair” and my “white people food.” I knew immediately that that was not okay, because if I had said to a black student to “shut up and stop talking about your black people hair” or their “black people food,” I WOULD BE SUSPENDED OR EVEN EXPELLED FOR BEING RACIST. Those two girls didn’t even get a slap on the wrist, meanwhile I lost almost all of my friends, and now have had rumors spread about me being a white supremacist and a racist towards all races. I was also told by another friend who wasn’t even involved in the situation, who is Asian, that I was racist just for being white because (and she said this word for word and I still have the texts), “All you white people shit on us.” There is absolutely a double standard, and because of that I have lost so many friends and not only did I get a punishment which I never even deserved, I am now labeled as the racist girl at school by multiple people, and a majority of them being black or asian students.

It's time for whites and blacks to have their own states in which blacks can create their own Government, etc. Complete segregation is what is needed. Nothing else is going to work. I'm black. The answer is yes. I've actually seen victims of black on white violence being dismissed because they "must've provoked them off camera". A video of a black dude punching an elderly white person (can't remember the gender) and people thought the white person (probably about 90-ish years old) did something to deserve getting punched. Another one: a white, 12 year-old boy, was dancing. A black dude (full grown adult) came up in a car, got out of the car, punched the kid in the face, got back into the car, and drove away. Another black dude tried to stop him as he drove off (props to him). But of course, people think he had to have done something to provoke the attack.
This black dude in the interview is clearly wrong and doesnt want to hear the truth and yes there is a double standard...im white race plays a big part in the media and it shouldnt why cant people just treat other people with dignity and respect its really not that hard

I grew up in the midwest and never even thought about race or what ever. I joined the army and I got a taste of racism, but not what you might think. After the army I moved to Alabama. Guess what. I realized what racism really is. It's people wanting more without working for it. THat's all it is. There are already institutions in place that give more to women, blacks, and other "minorities". There are more loans, scholarships, and jobs for non-white males than ever in history. That was 20-30 years ago. what started all this? The balck people that drive BRAND NEW vehicles and still think they are special.
I drive a 1999 honda, and i love it and drives great. I was in the military, and i like my old ass vehicle. I'm white and I grew up on a farm and had to do chores at 4 a.m. in the morning. I had to work when i was 8. I paid taxes when I was 12. I've never had a car that was newer than 12 years old. TELL ME WHERE WHITE PRIVELIGE IS? I want a piece of it. You lazy fucks in your new cars that never served your country whine and complain. I've even worked at a homeless shelter for more than 3 years, what have you done? Nothing
EQUALITY...LETS SEE....you want to be my equal then act like my equal. I get up every morning early and get myself and my kids ready for school. Then i go my ass to work all fn day..i have constant worry for my children..are they learning..are they dressed appropriately..did i spend enough time with each one..are they hangn with the wrong crowd..what can i do for to help their future...these are constant worries all the while busting my ass all fn day..then its time to go home but my day aint done..dinner needs to be made..dishes done..tidy up the home..make sure kids doing homework if they have it..get them showered up n settled down..get them to bed at decent time..now i make lunches for the next day and prep a meal for the next day if needed...then i get maybe 40 minutes to myself n shower n bed then start all over again the next day..weekends are filled with driving kids to sporting or dance events all while juggling errands n chores..(monday comes real quick.).. Its that bit of joy we find in between that keeps us going..keeps us fighting another day focusing on the big picture..this is the type of shit some minority claim whites have so easy...this shit aint easy..trust me im not feeling privileged... We work it..we stay focused on the big picture..instead of buying weed n fn jordan sneakers i try n save my money..i focus on my life n my kids well being so they dont go down the wrong path..this is our focus.. Not bling bling on my fn neck n fingers..ok..not what kind of fn car i drive or how dope my clothes are.. ..you want to be my equal?????? Then mother fn act like it...dont try n force me to feel like your my equal..be my equal...when you do that only then i will consider you my equal with respect gladly...instead they dummy down certain systems so minority can work at jobs they never qualified for..that doesnt sound like equality to me..dont let them use the race card when they act up n get called out for it...that aint equal..earn it.. People will always respect something earned..not just falsely given..take care of your family follow rules n laws stop wasting your money on SHIT jordans or pot n alcohol...raise up. You want to be my equal then fn EARN IT.

I was told you can’t be racist to white peoples by a friend who was black. I corrected them and said that that is not true. I was then sat down by a counselor (who is also black), and was told that I was racist and needed to apologize, and then I told her about the comments that same student and another black student (who is also my friend) had made over the course of the entire school year. They had told me to shut up on multiple occasions and told me to stop talking about my “white culture” such as my “white people hair” and my “white people food.” I knew immediately that that was not okay, because if I had said to a black student to “shut up and stop talking about your black people hair” or their “black people food,” I WOULD BE SUSPENDED OR EVEN EXPELLED FOR BEING RACIST. Those two girls didn’t even get a slap on the wrist, meanwhile I lost almost all of my friends, and now have had rumors spread about me being a white supremacist and a racist towards all races. I was also told by another friend who wasn’t even involved in the situation, who is Asian, that I was racist just for being white because (and she said this word for word and I still have the texts), “All you white people shit on us.” There is absolutely a double standard, and because of that I have lost so many friends and not only did I get a punishment which I never even deserved, I am now labeled as the racist girl at school by multiple people, and a majority of them being black or asian students.

This is what happens when races mix and it's inevitable. It's time for whites and blacks to have their own states in which blacks can create their own Government, etc. Complete segregation is what is needed. Nothing else is going to work. For people who are half black/half white, they can pick a side. If they chose the white side for example, it's only a matter of time before the blackness is bred out. The same for Hispanics and whites. For people who like a multicultural way of life, then they should also have a state in which they can live in diversity. It's either that, or Western nations are finished.

Given MLH’s numerous public statements on race, I’m wondering if his take on this might be skewed? I’ve listened to him on multiple occasions and he is not the dispassion academic, he’s clearly chosen sides. Which is a shame because there’s no greater need in this country than for all of us to have a truthful conversation about race. Lemon touched on this by calling it the “third rail” in America. Until all sides are heard on this, and not just listened to, this issue isn’t going to have resolution. And by doing that, we tell our children and their children that the issue will still be a problem for them.

I don't hate black people for it though. I have a lot of black neighbors and friends, and they're all respectable and beautiful people. I can appreciate your comment. I, as well, was able to rise above the perpetual "reverse" racism I experienced, while growing up here in the Twin Cities. If there's anyone I resent, it'd actually be all the brown-nosing whites I'm seeing right now, as they perform their virtue signaling in response to George Floyd. Quite often when I see this phenomenon, I can't help but think "Hmm, I wonder if they themselves have ever experienced racism like I regularly had to... 🤔" So far, every time I look into the person's background a little, I always find they came from an all-white smalltown.
