That’s an interesting style of house. The layout downstairs pretty cool but odd with that little front room and no dining room in what seems like a pretty big house. I’ve read recently that formal dining rooms are fading out of style though. Nice big living room could be improved with a nice stone fireplace. Would like to have seen all the hardwood floors the same. The second floor just made me nervous. It’s scary enough when someone walks too close to the railings let alone when someone is too close to where there once was a railing. Only one slip and…. Please be careful. I would rather see a house like this updated and restored and on a larger lot than two huge houses on the one lot but I guess it’s not my say that counts. Ethan thanks for sharing. The best part was the master bedroom and bathroom. Even though I thought there was an awful lot of closet space for one bedroom. I love the wood floors. The glass blocks in the master bathroom are awesome! Great find!!!! Love all your videos that I've been able to watch so far!!

Hey Ethan that was another great exploration! It amazes me what people leave behind! As Australian houses don’t have basements (99.99% don’t anyway) it always fascinates me to see the different ones in the houses there! Please stay safe,especially if you’re on your own,you never know who is lurking around in dark basements! Surprised that place couldn’t be fixed and lived in again! I really enjoyed the prismatic effect of the light coming through the window and shining into the bathroom. That was awesome! kind of a well-designed house. It’s too bad it’s gonna get torn down, but such is life.
Nice bathroom cabinet at the entry, weird mirror in downstairs shower/tub area, nice kitchen cabinets, decent upstairs hallway bathroom, cute little chandelier, nice, big master bedroom and weird walk-in tub room 🤭 Will someone marry me💍👵🏾just joking 🙃
Hi Ethan This is a pretty nice house but I don’t like the layout. The fact that the basement is flooded. There were no rails upstairs around the floor where you had to walk. Very easy for a child to fall down. The only thing I liked was the sunroom and the master bedroom. They had a nice bathtub in there. I have come to like those glass block windows. I used to think they were ugly but since watching your videos Ethan I see their beauty. I’m surprised there was no swimming pool since they certainly had the room for one. Nice work Ethan. Interesting build. Strange house. The racks in the garage remind me of bakery racks. Which would go with the bon appetite stickers. You sure are into Ikea stuff. The jar of white sauce in the kitchen said pure Desi Cheese. Food style from India. Wonder with those papers with pictures and mentions of marriages, I wonder if this was a marriage brokers house. Also I find it hard to believe any inspection would pass with no rails on the stairs, looks like they were removed. Something strange about this house. Thanks for the explore. Not a bad house, it has a very decent amount of space with great window placement. I think the floors and the kitchen counter finishes are nice. I love rhe way the sunlight reflects through that one bathroom, and the other bathroom with the glass block was awesome! The property looks very decent as well, I imagine it was once quite an enjoyable place to live. 😎✌️

This house was awkward and not well thoughtout imo. No double vanity in the primary bath and don't get me started on that kitchen. I feel like a single mom lived there. She may have been a councilor of some type. RUclips was started in 2005, the same year the house was built. It's possible either her or her kid started a more modern type of business that began to grow as social media did, hence the tripod, labels in the basement and shelving units in the hall leading from the basement to the garage, or maybe not. It doesn't like they did a lot of entertaining. But, I am grateful for the glass block window. It gives you a reaction that I love to see, and makes it all worth it.

If for some reason there might be a love wire or someone with malcontent that might throw a live wire into the liquid, it would pass a deadly current through the medium. That your through that basement wasn’t worth your potential safety or life.
First, you should carry a mask due to the mold. We love you and we don't want you to get sick. Nice house and story. I love the attention to detail you try to give to history of the house. You are not only respectful of the house but the people who lived there even if potentially they weren't law abiding.
