I usually DO watch till the end. The main reasons are; 1, No music. 2, No annoying opening. 3, No piano music. 4, No theatrical music-laden drone shots. It's clean content. There is another fella that seems to visit all the same locations that you do. Some Biblical name (not calling out directly). I tried his content but it usually starts with cinematic piano-tinkling drama. You get straight in. Describe briefly. Walk. Talk. Film. Respect. I like to watch you more. You also respond to polite comments which is also cool.
Hi “ what’s up Ethan thanks for showing this house that was built in year 1949 but redone in 1985 still you titled this video that’s from the 80s the year 1985 the year I was born (FYI) so cool to see! I enjoy your explores! Keep up the videos! Cool intersting random things laying around the that house. I love houses from the 80s/90s they are so cool and interesting to me.
This house had some great 80s features (glass block, the bathrooms, the wood floors, and the kitchen-breakfast/family room at the back, and that beautiful mural!), but i'm confused why they ever added on the addition. There was already a dining room, and they had 2 rooms for living rooms before the addition, plus the original basement area was large and didn't seem to be used much for anything but storage... so odd. But it had some cool stuff left behind! I think my favourite was the metal preying mantis! And speaking of things with painful bites, i hope that whatever bit you near the end wasn't a tick! Be careful out there... thanks for another fun explore!
For the most part a nice house even though the layout was odd and even though I’m one that would say the more fireplaces the better that double sided one on the side of what looked like a sunroom felt EXTREMELY out of place and in my opinion should have just been one sided in the living room… Hopefully this place will get new owners….. because I didn’t hear you say it would be demolished ( unless I missed that info )
The "office" and sunroof looked like they were added on. I think the back of the fireplace was knocked out to heat those areas. I don't believe was purposely put there.
Well done Ethan . I can imagine howie and marion from happy days , living in this house when it was first built , but it is unrecognisable today . I think the coloured lights in the front room may have been original and i loved the mobile phone museum. Enjoyed this 👌
Why no architects/builders use glass blocks anymore (except as replacement "windows for in-foundation, basement windows) is waaay beyond me. They are wonderful and classy.
@6:48 - these things are an electronics tinkering golden find. There are precious few places where one can find a mercury reed switch that can be repurposed for other projects. Even chemists admire the free source of mercury.
Cool house. So many art and craft stuff. So many things to do! I love it. Thanks alot Ethan. Perfect walk through. God bless and stay safe. Loved this. ❤❤
@15:06 - Not many RUclips creators teach me things that I stash away, but you with the door and window date - that's next level. I never ever knew that.
I'm so curious as to what their lives were like in that home. Seemed like quite a few people lived there and every room had something different going on. I assume quite a few people lived there since there there were different design elements in every section, but definitely seemed like everyone there liked their lights! Wish we could have seen how they had it set up with their items and be a fly on the wall for a day (not in a creepy way) lol. Also loved how odd the entrance was having that semi split level, weird house! Thanks for the share!
Hi Ethan 😎🏎️💨,wow such random stuff laying around,I’m sure it was nice at one time.Wonder what happened to the family. That house was huge,so many rooms. Stay safe. I’m playing catch up still lol 🏡😎hope your doing great😁,stay awesome 👏😎🏎️💨and can’t wait to see your next house or mansion 😎
That’s a strange place for a fireplace love the kitchen area. Looks like a lot of businesses went on there Thanks for another good one. Sorry A spider bit you take care of that ❤
Thanks! Great videos. Would look better if you looked straight at the lens (the viewer) when you talk to the camera (instead of looking at the video display of yourself)
You look so excited in the intro!! You love those glass squares! 😀 I believe that they call it a split level house.. I have been wrong. That is so not worth that much money.
8:42 Awesome, that's my kind of bathtub ! 27:00 I remember those flip phones that folded up. I liked those, wish they'd bring them back. A phone would ring and someone would get it out of their pocket and flip it open and say "Hello?"
You can still get flip phones. I'm an older person and was using one until about six months ago. Finally got a smart phone! But yes, flips are still out there! 😊
I hate to be that one person to say this but.. Why exactly would you open on not liking houses from that time period or better question why include that small factoid at all
Hey Ethan, that place did just keep on. I’ve been watching your videos for years Ethan. You do a fantastic job. I don’t leave snarky comments because you don’t deserve any & I’m not that kind of person. Your flash works on closeups, but not on dark rooms. Maybe snap a flashlight to your belt loop or just put it in your pocket. Just a suggestion. Take care, stay safe
Ethan, at about 17 minutes in, when ur in the kitchen, you leaned into a big spider!! It was there, you leaned in and the spider must’ve got on your hat! It bit you later too! Me and the wifey were laughing so hard(sorry). Thought you’d get a laugh out of that.
Hello. I really enjoy your videos. Just a small favor. Please keep your camera more steady. I get motion sickness. Thanks and keep bringing us your cool stuff.
Is this one due to be demolished as well Ethan? Nice house. I would love to move to Canada, but it gets to cold. And there's Snow. Lol! Can't stand being cold since I've hit my "old age" 😂😂😂
The song that's been making the rounds of the internet lately "Pink Skies" by Zach Bryan really makes me think of these abandoned houses, and why I like them so much. They have remnants of someone's history.
Thanks for showing us this house. Please remember to put something on that bite from that bug so it dont get infected. My husband and I always pray to Jesus every morning for your safety. We will also pray that whatever bit u wont get infected. Please stay safe.
I wonder why they leave their stuff they must was in a rush too get out they must didn’t have enough too grab all of their stuff idk but this house wasn’t bad
Those Transformer inspired character things look like they could possibly be model kits?? I've never seen anything other than cars and planes. But the way the pieces looked connected looks similar to model kits here in the states.
@21:06 - Dad lives in a retirement apartment. They have a ceiling fan with one of these as a pull. I am well over 192cm tall (6' 4") and i always take that crystal to the forehead.
Well if you don’t appreciate the footage or whatever you’re trying to say here why even bother engaging in this why don’t you show some respect so in the behalf to Ethan it’s his footage his videos and if you don’t like them just leave that easy
Ethan do you have allergies? You have what we call allergy eyes and there are over the counter medications for this problem! Such rings around your eyes…😢

That's Noah. I like his videos too. But! Ethan is the Best.
Are you serious or not?!!
I've come across that other channel where the dude visits the same locations as Ethan. Bit weird!
Well hello Ethan it's always amazing to see another amazing house 🏠 video
Hey Ethan..enjoyed it ..mad layout ..huge tho ...keep doing what you do ...stay safe well and happy 💋
My favorite explorer. You do have to break out that bigger light for dark areas though.
Good evening. Great video

Glass rods to make beads.....hard to do and very expensive!!

Ethan i loved the inside how it was made. Thanks friend take care . Barbie & Sam NWP, Fl.
Awesome 👍🏾 thank you 👍🏾
There is a nice sprinkler system in case of fire in that Mansion. 👏
This house seems to have had numerous additions The traffic flow looks weird but very cool.
The ligjts were sooo retro.
Hello Ethan 👋I’m watching the video now 😁Thank you for sharing this great video with us ❤️Have a wonderful day 😎
Very cool I love it! ❤️👍💪
I agree. The fireplace in the sunroom, that is, where they placed it, is just nuts.
It is a nice house indeed, I really hope it ends up getting saved
The "office" and sunroof looked like they were added on. I think the back of the fireplace was knocked out to heat those areas. I don't believe was purposely put there.
Thumbs up on the Ethan and nice tour of the place 👍❤️😎

Ethan, that plate may be Brass not gold. Thanks for this wonderful video! 😊
The Chinese word on the fridge means "Blessed".
@@nicoletanis3703What does that have to do with brass vs gold?
@@edennis8578 I got a plate like this and it's a brass one. Ethan made a comment and I gave an answer. 🤣
Cool house. So many art and craft stuff. So many things to do! I love it. Thanks alot Ethan. Perfect walk through. God bless and stay safe. Loved this. ❤❤
I love this house ❤
Luv the 80s look 😊
@10:25 - That would be a model Karmann Ghia vehicle. Essentially a fancy Volkswagen.
@15:06 - Not many RUclips creators teach me things that I stash away, but you with the door and window date - that's next level. I never ever knew that.
HI Ethan! This house had a weird layout to me. It was all right. Thanks for sharing! On to the next!
I'm so curious as to what their lives were like in that home. Seemed like quite a few people lived there and every room had something different going on. Thanks for another good one. Sorry
A spider bit you take care of that ❤
Interesting house. Thanks for the tour.
I bet them toys is worth money great house.
I was thinking that the toilet seat was tacky. But your comment made me laugh 🤣.
Thanks! Great videos. Would look better if you looked straight at the lens (the viewer) when you talk to the camera (instead of looking at the video display of yourself)
that's a nice house
thanks for sharing . ❤❤ stay safe love ya
That is an interesting house! Loved the old phones, mostly cuz I used to have some of them!!😂😂😂
Awesome 🏠 n Awesome master bathroom 😎
You look so excited in the intro!! You love those glass squares! 😀 I believe that they call it a split level house.. I have been wrong.
That is so not worth that much money.
Glass bricks are the best 80s house feature ever! The layout was just bizarre 😬 great exploration as always Ethan
Hi Ethan!❤
Great video as usual and I hope you’re okay after that bite!
8:42 Awesome, that's my kind of bathtub ! 27:00 I remember those flip phones that folded up. I liked those, wish they'd bring them back. A phone would ring and someone would get it out of their pocket and flip it open and say "Hello?"

@@SmilingLlama-qt4kq O.k Thanks. Where can I get one? At Walmart, I hope? I like those phones, they are more fun than the rectangle ones of today.
I don’t care for houses from the 80’s and 90’s but it’s still interesting to watch!
Okay whatever 🙄I was born in 1985 so to me houses from 80/ 90s time it so cool to me to see and enjoy watching of course
I hate to be that one person to say this but.. Why exactly would you open on not liking houses from that time period or better question why include that small factoid at all
It's not architecture
@@darrellcaraway6068 I know it’s not architecture if you’re replying to me but there homes that are beautiful

Great video bro it goes into my best abandoned playlist on youtube 😎👌🏼
Strange home to start with and just random rooms added on. It makes me wonder what the people that lived here were like. Thanks for sharing.
Love your videos 😍
The houses you show are better than the one I rent..
cant wait, dude
What a neat house, never ending rooms. You need to be careful. Thanks for the great video. ❤

🎉I loved this
That in the basement look like a science.A kid science project
Love the original floors, tiles and glass fea🎉tires I'm glad it wasn't removed.😊😊😊
The mural looks like Machu Picchu, but the ocean negates it…pretty nonetheless!
I also got very excited about the window on the ceiling in the basement lol.
I think this is one of my favorite that you shown in a long time I would love to take it and redo it
The song that's been making the rounds of the internet lately "Pink Skies" by Zach Bryan really makes me think of these abandoned houses, and why I like them so much. They have remnants of someone's history.
I watch till the end because I really like you dude. And I love the out-tro

Ethan the place is so disjointed, its artsy its hard to define any room to be anything and Mazey. Anywhoo thx for showing us
Nice home for its age
Ethan. Mansion is French for a large house. Please don’t be afraid to use that word.
I wish the hardwood floors in these homes would be salvaged.
Toys are called Gundams. Figures are from Dragon Ball Z. I will take them all. Interesting house. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
More light please very dark in basement
Love you

Hi Ethan
Hi Ethan.
Why does it seem that this video is really sped up?
2x
Not an artist's home. I'd say more of a 'hobby/crafter's home.
This is like a shitty found footage horror movie on Tubi. Can't see what you are trying to show me?
