Halo Infinite - Atriox explain the events after the Ark (Short Clip)

Found a puzzle, a clue to what Atriox did after a battle of the Ark based from HaloWars 2. This message was found from his Banished Media Towers in Open world Halo.
As a huge fan of Halo, the events between HaloWars 2 and Infinite still remains a mystery.
