I like the nt01’s myself. I got a ls swapped el Camino and I got 15x8.5 in the rear with 14x7.5 in the front with the nt01’s and when I take it down to the street races on 210 in kcmo they do nothing but hook up and I’m pushing 400hp to the wheels. I am in love with these tires.

Awesome review bro! I never understood how quickly tires can wear out especially being pushed in auto-x. My good friend went through an entire set of tires in less than a season which was crazy! I have to keep that in consideration I guess if I want to do more AutoX in the future! I don't have experience with either of these, currently running the Cooper Zeon RS3 tires - a brand I had never heard of before actually but they were doing really good for the summer!

E30 ShedSkid man I guess it would just be some RPF-1 wheels and Hoosier A7 or R7 slicks

The R888R is at best a second tier track tyre with some unpleasant characteristics.
P Zero honestly one of the worst tires ever. I had them on my Hellcat and S550 5.0 Mustang. They were also OEM tires. I have 5k miles on them and literally no tread...had 2 burn outs only. Not big burnouts either.

Nto1 vs FZ-201... price/Performance ratio... I think I lean towards the fz-201’s to burn up around racetracks
Those nitton Tyres you have are a R-tyres. Just like Toyo 888. You can compare a street-tyre With a R-tyre
They are the Toyo R888, Nitto is Toyos US Sub brand. So the NT01s are the same compound just a different tread pattern.

You should try a JB1 or a JB4 tune.
I had the stock pzeros on my 15 mustang they were terrible, especially in anything under 15c, and they shredded easily. I have federals 595 RSRR on my 17 wrx and they last so much better even with comparable hp.

Blake's Garage like you said sizing is so different company to company my 255/40/17 are more like 270-275 wide.
From my experience, Federals actually aren't that great. Satbir's E36 had them and they'd spin very quickly. You should look into the street track slicks he has because they make the car feel like it's really on rails.
Jacob R. Doty what federal though. Just regular 595 aren’t that great. But the R compounds and semi slicks are supposed to be pretty good. Especially for the price.
I have the RSRR On my 17 Wrx with 300whp, and the tires are great and Toronto Motorsports Park Track days. I like them in the rain too, just rough under 10c, thought they are not made for that.
