biscuits and gravy are essentially like a dumpling.. you have some savory liquid/sauce and dough or pastry. i don't get why people are so squeamish about it. there's absolutely nothing better after a night of drinking to soak it all up. lately i've been getting biscuits and gravy and then putting some hashbrowns, a slice of ham, and an over easy egg on top of it all. there's NOTHING better!
