I looked at her very confused. I said “but it is just a job to me. I turn up, I work hard to complete the tasks I’m given, I take my pay check and go home, what’s the problem?” She said something about company culture. I retorted that I’m not going to be a cheerleader for a company that makes record profits while we all struggle and granny freezes to deth this winter. She wasn’t happy but couldn’t really respond. Because we both know it’s stupid what she’s complaining about. Is it literally not enough to turn up and do the job anymore? I have to join a cult too? F off! They’ve been doing everything possible to make me quit but I keep turning up. I’ll leave without notice when I’m ready, and until then I’ll do the bare minimum. If they sack me i will start an employment tribunal. I actually told them that 😂 hence why now they are trying to get me to quit instead. Thing is, even when I do quit, I’m still going to make a claim against them, my list of issues with them is so long now, and they know deep down I’m right.
