Two things: 1. Apparently the car with the wheel on the back to allow for easier parking was supposedly an actual thing but didn't last long. 2. Stacked roads do occasionally happen; I remember one that got pancaked in an earthquake.
Salt Lake City has "stacked" roads where the freeway transitions into bridges that go over the main freeway. My mom lived and drove in Los Angeles County for fifteen years and told me that driving there was the most stressful experience of her life
There was a similar design where a 5th wheel was placed in the trunk and would pop out when needed to aid in parallel parking, but it didn't last long at all
Realtalk though: I would _absolutely_ want my car's wheels to be able to turn 90 degrees and just sidle my car into a parking space. Fuck parallel parking. Whoever came up with that deserves to burn. Also hell yeah, TeeComfy is back 👍

That "conventional tank" was actually not bad, it was a decently accurate Panzer IV Ausf. F2 turret on a very accurate Panzer III Ausf. L hull. Two German WWII tanks mashed together. Not real, but very realistic and reasonable.
The parallel parking idea with the spare tire coming down to lift the car and roll it into position is actually a real concept that was tried sometime between the 30’s and 50’s. Back when most cars had a spare on the back hidden under a stylish shell. I believe the idea was quickly dismissed because at the time they couldn’t get it to work with an electric motor and you had to hand crank the wheel up and down making it relatively more impractical than normal parallel parking.

My solution to traffic would be to create a large car (probably long) that runs on cables (no need to stop for gas) and picks them up on stations. It could fit atleast a full 8 lane road but would go on a specific route of Points of Interest.
I have several reasons why I hate it. 1 the panzer 3 has the wrong gun ( the left one ) 2 the chassis on the right “tank” would crumple under weight. 3 the hull on the left tank is a later model than the turret ( the hull is the L while the turret is the F ) 4 ammo where? (Right “tank”)
