    Don’t work on low-value tasks, they are a waste of time
    A goal not in writing is a fantasy wish
    Set deadlines on goals it just gave urgency (a beginning and end) you will naturally procrastinate
    Organize tasks and goals by priority and sequence
    Take action immediately, execution is everything
    High school schedule (do something every single day to take baby steps towards you goals, build momentum steadily)

    Decide what you want, discipline yourself yourself to do, and be determined to see it through.
    See yourself as person who gets task done quickly and we’ll on a consistent basis. “The person you see is the person you will be”

    Make a list of TEN GOALS you wanna accomplish within the next year. Write in positive, present tense 🤞🏾
    I weight 135 lbs
    Do something every single day that moves you towards your goals. Practice a language, hit the gym, etc
