I've read the book before, but I still watched the video because I really like the quality of these animated core messages. Looking forward to watch more!
Wow!! I am so thankful to you for doing this. You saved us all a tonne of time and still put us in the lead!! Please keep up the good work!! God bless you
I've read Eat That Frog but I'm reading a new book called 'Procrastination Elimination Method' by John Isaac and I like it more than Eat That Frog. John's book has absoloultey no fluff and no long winded boring stories.
Summary 1. Set the table 2. Plan every day in advance 3. Apply the 80/20 Rule to everything 4. Consider the consequences 5. Practice the ABCDE Method continually 6. Focus on key result areas 7. The Law of Forced Efficiency 8. Prepare thoroughly before you begin 9. Do your homework 10. Leverage your special talents 11. Identify your key constraints 12. Take it one oil barrel at a time 13. Put the pressure on yourself 14. Maximize your personal powers 15. Motivate yourself into action 16. Practice creative procrastination 17. Do the most difficult task first 18. Slice and dice the task 19. Create large chunks of time 20. Develop a sense of urgency 21. Single handle every task
After watching this video, this is how I understand. Please don't hold back to correct my understanding. Thanks! Step 1: I create a list of everything I will do the next day. Step 2: I find frogs three times from my to-do list. Step 3: I write a list of steps for each frog, respectively. Let's say one of my frogs is "to fry an omelette." So, here's how my list of steps for that frog would look like: -Learn how to fry a perfect omelette. -egg -salt -bowl -oil -spatula Is that correct? Thanks again.
Another superb top-class animated book review! You continue to CONTRIBUTE. Thank you.

Thanks for the summary. It shares the same productivity philosophy with "the one thing" and "deep work". Focus is the key to success!
Also 80/20 principle as well.
