I've read the book before, but I still watched the video because I really like the quality of these animated core messages. Looking forward to watch more!

Thanks for the summary. It shares the same productivity philosophy with "the one thing" and "deep work". Focus is the key to success!

I've read Eat That Frog but I'm reading a new book called 'Procrastination Elimination Method' by John Isaac and I like it more than Eat That Frog. John's book has absoloultey no fluff and no long winded boring stories.

After watching this video, this is how I understand. Please don't hold back to correct my understanding. Thanks!
Step 1: I create a list of everything I will do the next day.
Step 2: I find frogs three times from my to-do list.
Step 3: I write a list of steps for each frog, respectively.
Let's say one of my frogs is "to fry an omelette."
So, here's how my list of steps for that frog would look like:
-Learn how to fry a perfect omelette.
    -egg
    -salt
    -bowl
    -oil
    -spatula
    Is that correct? Thanks again.
