Thank you for the reminder, Sir. It's very helpful. My flog is to open up an email that may have a task to do so I delayed opening it. And also job applications. You reminded me that I have to eat that flog first instead of always leaving it to the end of the day and then just push it for tomorrow.

Here are the key takeaways from the book Eat that frog?
    1. Your frog is the task on which you tend to procastinate.
    2. Before you do anything, it's best that you develop the habit of eating that frog.
    3. Launch yourself into the most difficult task. Set the goal and get going.
    4. Develop the positive addiction. Set in short and long time goals and track them to fuel yourself up.
    5. There is no shortcut to success. Practice, practice and practice to accomplish anything.
As always, my crazy passion is to share the animated summaries of the books like i have been doing it on my channel

I think there is also wisdom in the ‘Trafalgar Principle’
Starting with the smaller ships your crew becomes more skilled and becomes progressively more capable as they build confidence to take on the larger ships of a fleet. By the time they reach the largest ships in the battle they will have gained sufficient skill learning from each skirmish.
Always love listening to your wisdom (and voice).

Thank you, Brian! I haven't read that book as of yet, but I have been working on myself through Brendon Burchard's High Performance Planner for about 2 1/2 months now. It definitely is a practice I'm using to instigate more time management, as I'm challenged in that area! 😳 This year I made a commitment to myself to establish a morning 'protocol' to start my day in a positive frame of mind, and to gradually incorporate more habits to streamline my daily activities. You are one of my 'go to' experts on this subject (I've heard Brendon and you know each other, too!), and I appreciate the insights and advice you offer us all! It's always nice to see a new video from you, thank you again for sharing your wisdom. Have a wonderful day! 🙏🙌🙌🙌😺
