Thank you for the reminder, Sir. It's very helpful. My flog is to open up an email that may have a task to do so I delayed opening it. And also job applications. You reminded me that I have to eat that flog first instead of always leaving it to the end of the day and then just push it for tomorrow.

"Eat That Frog" has been one of the best books I have read. It has boosted my business, health and personal life. One frog a day. JUST EAT THAT FROG! Thanks Brian.
Bought the audiobook version 12 years ago and listened to it more than 20 times, and I read the hardcover book at least twice from beginning to end. LOVE AND RESPECT you Brian, you made me change my life to the better
Taking action immediately is a great tip. It's so easy to get caught up in thoughts and hesitation, especially when we have any uncertainty. By pushing yourself you can develop significantly better results and greater confidence
Here are the key takeaways from the book Eat that frog? 1. Your frog is the task on which you tend to procastinate. 2. Before you do anything, it's best that you develop the habit of eating that frog. 3. Launch yourself into the most difficult task. Set the goal and get going. 4. Develop the positive addiction. Set in short and long time goals and track them to fuel yourself up. 5. There is no shortcut to success. Practice, practice and practice to accomplish anything. As always, my crazy passion is to share the animated summaries of the books like i have been doing it on my channel
Mr. Tracy, I feel admiration for you. A few days ago I started reading your book "Maximum Achievement" . It is helping me and my beloved ones a lot . "Eat that frog" will be the second book of yours I plan to read. You are my mentor. Greetings from Peru.
You have helped shape my life and I am forever grateful. I read Eat That Frog 15 years ago and just about every other book you have written... It propelled me into a multimillion-dollar sales career and eventually in a CEO position... Your work is brilliant and a proven fact that if one is willing to pay the price of self-development, you can create a life "Beyond Your Wildest Expectation" - Thank You Brian
Brian Tracy you have been a positive light in my life with all the knowledge you have shared and the kind way you have express yourself over the years. Hope to make it to your age and to be committed with the things I love as you do with yours. "If you want to change your future, take action, and take action now!"
I can feel his voice changed recently. Thank you for sharing your brilliant knowledge to people all around the world. I really appreciate it. One of my bucket list is to see you in person one day and thank you. Please take care yourself and stay healty. From the other side of world , Korea.
best motivator and productivity trainer ever. i'll save this and watch it whenever i need motivation. what makes you the best, Brian, is that you use logic instead of just using artsy fartsy emotions to motivate like most other inspritation talks. you actually give good logical practical tips that are supported by science. thanks so much!
Thank you brain ,over hearing of hearing you ,i completed my post graduate studies successfully and it's very much rewarding in all aspects .procrastination is a reality to break through is a daily exercise and a mentor like you is great help to get that final leap .thank you
My biggest frog is studying Calculus , I'm currently a Computer Science student. Mr Brian Tracy, I also wanted to point out that you're so great and so are your tips. You are one of my role models and I've read a lot of your books including Eat that frog. Thanks for the great job you do.
This book completely transformed my daily organisational habits. Although I’m well organised, I was continually being distracted from tasks. Eat that Frog refocused my thinking to prioritisation of my TOP 3 tasks. I’m achieving more on a daily basis than I have ever done previously. Thank you Brian.
I think there is also wisdom in the ‘Trafalgar Principle’ Starting with the smaller ships your crew becomes more skilled and becomes progressively more capable as they build confidence to take on the larger ships of a fleet. By the time they reach the largest ships in the battle they will have gained sufficient skill learning from each skirmish. Always love listening to your wisdom (and voice).
My daily frog is to wake up early recite or listen the God's words(Quran) to feel happy, calm and quiet throughout the day. Thanks Brain for your inspirations.
I've recently just read the book Eat that Frog. It was awesome. Breaking down all the ways to stop putting things off. It was simple and to the point. I would recommend the book to everyone. I really enjoyed it.
Thank you for the education and inspiration Brian! My FROG is creating content for my website and RUclips Channel. I have recently been adopting your advice and my productivity has improved, although there is still a lot more room for improvement. I will keep working on it. Great to see you in the video as well. You videos are much better when you are in them. Will you be doing another Q&A series on RUclips? Best wishes 👍
Preparation for Licensure Examination makes me fell pressured right now...Ill make sure to eat frog everyday and consume my time at least 6 hours to review each day.. Thank you Brian Tracey...
Sir, I listen your audiobook "Eat that frog" daily. It is very useful to program the subconscious mind. You've got excellent voice... So the message goes deeper into the psyche.
Thank you, Brian! I haven't read that book as of yet, but I have been working on myself through Brendon Burchard's High Performance Planner for about 2 1/2 months now. It definitely is a practice I'm using to instigate more time management, as I'm challenged in that area! 😳 This year I made a commitment to myself to establish a morning 'protocol' to start my day in a positive frame of mind, and to gradually incorporate more habits to streamline my daily activities. You are one of my 'go to' experts on this subject (I've heard Brendon and you know each other, too!), and I appreciate the insights and advice you offer us all! It's always nice to see a new video from you, thank you again for sharing your wisdom. Have a wonderful day! 🙏🙌🙌🙌😺
my frog is prospecting and inviting people for my business presentation. the number of my cold market is greater than my warm market. the process of prospecting and inviting is easy, but the hardest part for me every day is to fight against my fear.

My frogs are quite always tasks for two-three weeks to resolve. Is it okay? How to cycle other tasks then?
Thank you for the reminder, Sir. It's very helpful. My flog is to open up an email that may have a task to do so I delayed opening it. And also job applications. You reminded me that I have to eat that flog first instead of always leaving it to the end of the day and then just push it for tomorrow.
