Installed these on mine about a month ago and wish I'd known you could remove the clips like that. Had to file down the placement nubs on the headlights for them to fit
Im doing this this weekend, weirdly my Miata had some bottom Lights as "High Lights and has an Extra Switch for the lights" Had some weird electrical work done lol So Iam going to try it on the weekend
Nice short video. Do the side lights and indicators have to be wired in on the LED's for the head lights to work? Also if the head lights are not in the up position and side lights on , will the side lights on the LED's be on and shining down into engine bay?
thank you, no you dont have to wire up the side lights and indicators , just plug in the h4 connector and use as a normal headlight. yeah they will and they are pretty bright so will light up the bay
Hi pal, just about to install these and was wondering about connecting the indicator lights together without using a connector. Can you simply crimp the headlight and indicator cables together with a bit of heat shrink around them?
Hey Ive been watching at your video , its well explained and in a good short time , but ive not fully understand how you put the LED Halo Light with the blinkers , look like it need a bit of electrical work and im very bad with it , someone have a tip for that ? Thank you !
@@Project380 I've just bought these headlights and will order those patch cables, my question is do you have to make sure that the connection is on the same side, i.e indicator female/male is on left side of patch or does it not matter. I'm new to wiring unsure if this makes sense
Hmmm I'm gonna guess you got different lights to me. Maybe making a patch lead rather than cutting up the cars loom is a good idea. At least it's reversible then
I installed some halo lights in mine but then now pop up when i turn on the ignition and i cant pop them back down till i turn the car off, know any reason why this might be?
Hey man, I’ve just wired the same in but they come on with ignition? Read on forums this could be the HD22 relay, which I’ve found. But removing the relay just isolates the circuit. Any ideas for a ‘95?
You told me exactly what i needed to know withouth having to look for confusing diagrams!
im glad i could help 😊
Ive been trying to find a good video about installing halo lights. This one is great.

Great tutoral on fitting these loits

Nice one.
Keep your content coming all very enjoyable and informative.
Hey just a question has anyone done it so when you turn the park lights on the lights flip up or a DRL set up at all?
i think there is a mod you can do to the relay to make this happen but ive never done it, i may look into this in the future
Hey finally got my Miata NA, really want these headlight, how have they been for you? Is the one in the links worth it?
congratulations 😎
these headlights have been fantastic, a huge upgrade from the factory halogen ones.
the ones in the link are what i have got
@@Project380 thanks mate! I will defo order some today! Btw where and what did you use to make them connector? Any links as that seemed so tidy

yeah of coarse you can, it just means you cant remove the lights easy.
What amperage does the sidelight and indicator wire cable need to be ?
not huge as its only running LEDs im pretty sure i used 7 amp
@Project380 cheers pal
Is it supposed to have the turn signals on both lights?
You don't have to, just leave the indicator wire out

simply splice into indicator wire, if your still stuck give me a message in insta
Hey, whats that patch cable called or is there a link to order one?
the patch cable i made myself. just using a two pin water proof plug and a length of wire

I'm a little late but, does this lights work for the mazda 323f bg?
honestly i have no idea, it should fit anything that takes a 7 inch sealed beam i think
Do you need that patch lead mines come with the red and green female spades do I need cabel in between

@@Project380 sound I just got the Amazon ones I’m back Sunday so I’ll fit them then I should have everything

a few people have had this issue and its usually down to loose or wrong wiring
It’s cold asf in that shop lmao
yeah it really was 🥶
is there a cheaper alternative to these that are just as reliable?
yes there are cheaper versions but i wouldn't trust them

Ooo that is really strange. Maybe you have a shorted wire somewhere?
Anyone known why my indicator isnt orange. 99% sure iv wired it correctly
if its all wired correctly it could be an internal fault in the light, swap the light from left to right and see if the problem stays with the light
