Hailstom and Winter's relationship was really nice and wholesome in the strict social confines of the Icewing pallace, and I really wish it got explored more.
Cool fact, pyrite is fools gold, it LOOKS like gold but it's actually something else. Just a really cool detail that makes wings of fire such a great series.

Hillstorm always struck me as a loyal kind soul. Who in canon was broken by what he went through but returned to his ways. He also seemed a bit like a jokester who was stubborn but had a sense of responsibility.
General ideas for arc three what ifs:
What if Blue/Luna wasn’t a flamesilk?
What if Sundew was a SapWing and grew up in the palace (possibly kidnapped as egg????)?
What if Hawthorn actually figured out WHAT THE BREATH OF EVIL DID BEFORE GIVING WASP A SANDWICH OF IT?
What if the newer tribes stayed in Phyrria (random head cannon )?
What if Jerboa 1 didn’t enchant Jerboa 3?
What if SnowFall WASN’T PARANOID???

Ironically i have been writing my own au about blue not being a flame silk it basically go that blue works hard to be a good silk wing and after like 10 years gets to move to jewl hive to be closer to luna and meets criket, after seeing she not part of the hive mind and a forbiden love they kill wasp and become the new rulers super simple but still cute
I was working on a what if sundew and Willow swapped places but I got bored and decided to work on the scorching/history of dragonkind instead so it’d be nice for somebody else to do it so I don’t have to 😅
I imagine Hailstorm would make a focused effort to find Winter, having an effect on Icicle who would be left under the scrutiny of their parents. Leading to Hailstorm being the one to work for Scarlet to kill the Dragonets of Destiny in a desperate attempt to get Winter back after years of failure. This would have a notable effect of Icicle working with the Jade Winglet to stop him.
Basically, Icicle would take Winter’s place as part of the Jade Winglet team, Winter would take Hailstorm’s place as Pyrite, and Hailstorm would take Icicle’s place as the one working under Scarlet to get their lost brother back.
2 videos in one day?! This is a blessing!!! I think this is a genius what if. While winter may not be my favorite character, I can still appreciate a wonderful what if :)

this video got to me, ( Hailstorm is now one of my favorite charters )it always interesting to see someone dig deeper in to icewing and give them more personality then a cut off tribe in the snowy wasteland in the north . have a blessed week too

Winters character development gets overshadowed so much the moment his book is over, but i still love him SO MUCH, i really hope he gets some love in the new books

Regains sense of humor from book 6 in book 10 and gets a "hey sorry for being shity to you look your happy now" apprince in book 14
My biggest gripe with Arc 2 is how mismanaged all the protagonists were. Qibli was handled pretty good because Tui absolutely fawns over him; Moon was OK even if she got a little generic in later books; Kinkajou spends half the arc in a coma; Peril just kinda shows up to do her POV and peaces out; and finally Turtle and Winter are set up with really strong potential only to get forgotten by the finale.
Compare to Arc 1 (and to a slightly lesser extent Arc 3) where the protagonists actually feel like a group, where no one member is more important than the others.
I almost cried when you described their hug. That is so sweet

What if…
Fathom was allowed to marry Indigo?
Albatross never went insane?
Darkstalker didn’t revive?
Turtle gave Qibli animus magic?
Peril wasn’t a firescales?

Darkstalker’s plague killed all the IceWings?
Queen Monarch didn’t step down to Queen Wasp?
The LeafWings won the Tree Wars?
Clearsight never found Pantala?
Anemone went insane?
Orca won her battle with Queen Coral?
Quickstrike never died?
Jerboa didn’t enchant Boa?
Clay and Reed switched places?
Tsunami and Anemone switched places?
Glory and Jambu switched places?
Starflight and Fierceteeth switched places?
Sunny and Qibli switched places?
Crane didn’t die?
Arctic wasn’t kidnapped?
Queen Scarlet beat Queen Ruby in battle?

This is one of your best What Ifs. I love how you really focused on Hailstorm's emotions and his arch or realization that the Ice Kingdom wasn't what it seemed.

Cyprus has been my wings of fire art inspiration for a few years. It makes me happy to see her art progression :)
Two “What If’s?” similar to this one : what if ICECAL / TUNDRA / NARWHAL was captured by the Skywings? What if all three siblings had attended Jade Mountain Accadmy together?
What if idea
Super dragonets basically if sunny looked more like a hybrid and had mind reading, foresight, and animus magic.
Starflight had the nightwing powers.
Tsunami had animus magic.
Clay stayed the same.
And instead of glory there is a skywing with firescales.
This made me realise that not just Winter's parents, not just IceWing parents, but majority of parents throughout the series pretty much suck, like they care about their own happiness and needs rather than those of their dragonets, whom their either abandon, neglect or emotionally abuse. However, another is the amazing bond and love a character's siblings have for each other

I know I recommended this and I'm sure many as well. But I was not ready for *this*. The frosty boiiiisss! I'm not sure what would happen next but I'm sure Hailstorm and Winter wouldn't return to the ice kingdom; the only exception being for Icicle's trial.
Please do a What If Peril and Sky were the Prophecy Skywings.

Yes, I love this, it is one of my favorite storylines that Cyprus has made! I love how you put Lynx in there too. I don't know why, but when Lynx was first introduced (in the books), I thought that she was in love with Winter, and I thought that she and Winter would be together eventually, because Qibli is obviously meant for Moon.
P.S. I love how you used paladin Winter from the D&D video for the color refrence! I thought that was cool!
