Very well played, but you basically already won at the end of the draft. Granted I don't know Legend Yae's roster, but assuming all C6, those picks were VERY questionable. Hu Tao first pick over Yelan? This makes no sense; there are four playable pyro between Bennett, XL, Hu Tao and Klee for chamber 1, so every player is guaranteed to get enough. And why ban Miko? That makes it obvious that you would pick Ayaka, and Shenhe/Ganyu just can't compete against her. At that point Legend Yae should have banned nothing relevant, so either you pick Ayaka and then Legend Yae goes Yae/Tighnari (looking to pick Fischl and Nahida), or you pick Yae/Nahida and Legend Yae goes Ayaka/Shenhe...
Can you explain the format in more detail ? Do you have any amount of tries, if yes how many runs total did you play to minmax your time ? Can you keep the best time of each room from different runs, or does everything need to be done from one same run ?

Yelan is the most powerful c6 character in the game. Before Yelan it was Ayaka who was the most powerful c6 character in the game. Both were not banned and they both ended up on the same team.
Thing is, c6 ganyu and also c6 hu tao are powerful. But they weren't played in the correct playstyle. Ganyu should've been played in melt, and hu tao is good as a one time nuke, not a consistent dps at c6

@@Arandomguy30 i was gonna say these 2 statement, thats why c6 hu tao isnt reliablein abyss.. sadly ganyu melt wasnt available but there is also nahida bennett combo for melt ganyu but they had prob planned out ganyu freeze ahead and prepare their artifact set.
Not to mention its a c6 zhongli too so it wll hu tao aongside xinqiu passive, so activating c6 is so damn hard
before Yelan it was Eula not Ayaka
C6 Yelan and C6 Ayaka are on another level dayum..... Awesome play from both players
It's mostly C4. The last 2 constellations don't do a whole lot.

@@sicebae4988 Outside of trying to preserve her ult, shouldn't that not matter since the enemy will be dead from her burst?
@@desolatorstorm142 It does, preserving her ult is one of the important reason,and even if the ult alone does enough damage, C6 will still allow you to shave off 1 or 2 seconds instead of waiting for the entire ult to do its work.

C6 yelan is one thing but the second i saw him picking C6 barbruh i knew it was over for team aether
They were left without any hydro unit. Truth be told, they lost it in draft. As far as I am concerned, Ayaka and Yelan should be instantly banned. And probably the Anemo CC boys should be banned instantly too.
I think some comments have mentioned this before in previous videos, but getting a theory crafter on here would be super informative and interesting. Would actually love to see the science and optimum rotations that go into running these teams and how they clear abyss so efficiently. Please consider having a theory crafter as a guest!

letting the oponent get a c6 Yelan is literally signing a defeat contract, should always be priority number 1 under any circunstance.

I've been looking for a channel like this for a long time-- it's so cool to see a real "PVP" Abyss, with the bans and everything! It's very cool and adds a new dimension. But if I could give some feedback, I think sidechaining the music to your voices could help with clarity, and maybe lowering or muting the abyss audio as well. It's a bit distracting.
Hope you guys expand more and get more applicants! I would have applied but I have a habit of dying 50 times before 3* starring a chamber 👀

I can pretty reliably kill on its second emergence (20s total) with a reasonable Shenhe/Mona freeze team. You could also forsake all your ER and run Bennett/Kazuha/Shenhe to kill on the first emergence (10s total)

I have a pretty limited C6 roster, so banning Yelan/Ayaka would have been quite the detriment. You’ll probably see more meta bans when both players have access to the same units at the same investment level.

Whales using freeze teams to speedrun this abyss cycle... interesting. The ayaka speaks for itself that it can keep up but the ganyu was questionable for sure.
Ganyu was the right choice it's just that her teams were picked for melt. His first mistake was not banning Ayaka or Yelan.

when in the middle of the map wenut would do a dig up attack but when not in middle it would just spawn the farthest from you

the moment I saw him picking ganyu c6 freeze on second half I knew he was gonna lose, he even did worst times than what I used to do with mine on the freeze comp, but more than that, he messed really hard on the second chamber by not being able to kill that last enemy of the first wave, and well, of course ayaka has advantage with bosses on the final chamber. Cant blame him, he did what he could with what he had, its a shame he had to go with the freeze comp for her.

Due to real life obligations, timezone diff as we don't all live in the same region and accommodating contestants makes it difficult to pump vids at a higher frequency, but glad that you enjoyed!
